We just went for dinner. We had Michael as a server. He was great the whole time. We mentioned it was our son’s birthday. He turned 2.
At the end of our meal Michael surprised us with a piece of cake and candle for our son. Super thoughtful! Their tacos are always consistently great as well. We love El Perez!

The pork tacos I ordered were cold and too chunky as though they were thrown together, messy.The beans and rice were cold as well.Very disappointed.

Just visited , over priced food. Small portions and hardly had any mean. Not a fan of cheap establishments. Need to step it up a little , you are not in the wealthiest of suburbs plus your surrounded by a lot of Middle East people that prefer halal food but as always there is people that are middle eastern that fancy Mexican food. Has to be authentic flavor and beef and pork cooked separately and not same utensils used. If you can practice this you will win a lot of the business and if you choose not to it’s a wrap.

My hubby and I enjoyed the food! I saw tiktok video and the food looked amazing so I told my hubby we had to go there.The chef was nice and asked us a couple times if we enjoyed the food. Very friendly. Shout out to Lydia the waitress as well very friendly. She brought out 3 taster sample drinks to see which one i wanted:)This spot has great customer service,great food,we truly enjoyed this place and plan to return. We tried the steak fries with white cheese instead of yellow nachos sauce for an shareable app and it was insanely great! I had the dipping taco one shredded beef and the other shredded chicken with rice and beans so good and very filling. The broth was sooo good:)My hubby had 3 taco dinner plate with rice and beans. He had both grilled chicken,shredded chicken and steak tacos. We even had leftovers as the portions are huge! I'm glad I came across this spot and I will definitely recommend if your in or stopping by the Oak Lawn area!

I’m disappointed of this place , it use to be good, and I don’t know what happened if they changed cooks but the meat of arrachera it was chewy no flavor and the pastor had no pineapple like before!! Who ever is the owner please change your staff or either clients will go away from this place

Looking for a local place that sells menudo so I wouldnt have to drive into the city. Looked at the reviews and they spoke good about the menudo. They forgot to mention that the menudo tasted simple and lacked flavor and spicyness. It was a little greasy We bought a gallon for the whole fam but was disappointed. Im 100% sure they can do better would definitely give them another chance if they bettered their recipe.

Decided to try this restaurant out because of a food review video I seen. The customer service was great and the timing was fast paced. I ordered a burrito de asada, 2 steak tacos, fajitas de res and two aguas. The burrito was packed with beans and hardly any steak. The beans tasted pretty bland. The salsa had minimal flavor and no spice. The fajitas were tender and cooked to perfection. The beans again bland and the rice was okay. My son said the steak on his tacos had no flavor, he did not finish them. I’m not sure if it was an off day but I had high hopes of finding a gem by my area.

Omg. I haven’t had food this good in sooooooooo long. Probably the best Mexican food I ever had. They had me at the salsa!! I’ve never asked for more salsa. It’s ADDICTIVE. Everything has so much flavor. I wish I had another stomach lmao. I will be back to try everything on the menu. Steak and quesabirria are so good! Can’t wait til I come back.
