Lots of great flavors advertised on the windows, a total of 4 flavors in the store. And no chocolate. Walked out without purchasing anything. Pretty disappointed.

What is going on with this location? There is never anyone when you walk in, two machine are down which means less flavors. Went today can’t even get vanilla. Used to be my kids first once, now they are always disappointed.

It was my kids first time at this place and I’m pretty disappointed. Firstly, my 7 year old was confused about putting his bowl on the scale and instead of helping him the girl seemed snippy and just kept saying you need to put on the scale. It gets very expensive…. Especially with young kids wanting to pile the toppings n fill their bowls. Smaller bowl options would have made this much easier. The toppings were so sad…. I was afraid to try some and didn’t want my kids eating a few of them because of their appearance. The cherries were discolored, the strawberries looked like they had been sitting out all day and the Bobba was all deflated and goopy. We actually came just because the Bobba option and we’re super disappointed. After spending over $30 on me and 2 kids … I asked if it was possible for my son to taste the strawberry yogurt. He didn’t care for his chocolate one. I said to the girl would that be possible? Do you allow samples ? Like literally just a tiny spoon worth ? Both girls were staring at me like I had 3 heads and they wouldn’t respond. One girl silently went behind counter n came back with the tiniest cup I’ve ever seen. It was smaller than those containers you put ketchup in. She handed it to me but didn’t say a word even after I thanked her. Seriously! $30 bucks and it’s a problem for my son to taste a different flavor ??I tried my sons chocolate one and it seemed to have a funky taste. It seemed off.Last thing. There was no one inside when we walked in. We were unsure if it was actually even open. There was no music and tv was off. It was so quiet and eerie.The only positive I can really say is the place seemed very clean. But yikes :( wish we had used that hard earned $$ somewhere else

Tastes like metal and rotten fruit. Gave me a upset stomach, terrible just terrible! When we went in the boba look like it was sitting there for a long while. Even the fruit looked nasty, nothing in there was fresh. The flavor variety is also not great they have the same flavors every time nothing new. Very disappointed...

Very exspensive 11 something for a bowl of yougurt. I asked to use the bathroom the kid said no. But they have seating inside. I had to go next door to use Starbucks. Be my last visit there.

Great spot we found for some Froyo! Right of 95th and Harlem, very clean place ! My girls loved adding their own toppings! Most definitely be coming back

A great little place we found for some froyo! The girls loved putting on their own toppings ,first time actually coming here ,can't believe that lol . Not really any Service ,you really just make your own and ,bring it up to be weighed . But the cashier was really nice ! Very clean ! Right off Harlem and easy to get to . Definitely coming back
Today was my first visit. The location was clean, yogurt was good and great variety of toppings. However, the staff was not welcoming, not friendly at all yet they have a tip jar. Then the girl dropped the cups on the floor picked them up and stacked them again. I do not think that is appropriate, she should have tossed those. Not sure if I will return. Staff needs to be more friendly to earn tips and take some Food and Sanitation courses.

Posted hours 12 to 9pm. Just showed up at 1pm, closed. Try harder folks. I know it's winter, and business is slow, but you still have an obligation to hold hours. God forbid a business take a customer's money.

Horrible experience. 0 stars! One of the employees by the name of Dena started yelling and screaming at children (one being a toddler) who had to use the bathroom and went to ask if they could use the bathroom there. All I heard was the employee yelling at the kids for coming to the back and asking to use the bathroom. When I say screaming I mean like full blown hollering at the top of her lungs where it made all the customers stopped to listen. I understand that they should have not come to the back but there is a certain etiquette of talking to people especially kids half your age! The other thing is if you are so concerned about people going past the "line" why don't you stay at the front of the store, at the cashier like you are supposed to instead of running to the back while costumers are still present.

Somewhat expensive, but worth the price. No other frozen yogurt compares to the quality and taste of TCBY. This store does well with what they have to work with in support from headquarters. The product is fantastic, the business management from corporate is a joke. I applaud the TCBY store owners who keep their business operating for us customers who love their product. So many close shop due to poor support from corporate.
