With very reasonable prices, cool art on the inside and a fast working staff you will be highly satisfied when you leave. I ordered the lychee smoothie and my girlfriend got the peach milk tea and they were both perfect. I canāt wait to come back try new flavors next time!

I have been coming here since 2019 and throughout the last 5-6 years, tried at least 25 other Boba/Milk Tea shops in various cities and neighborhoods. Tea Yard has always been and is still my favorite. There are so many variables to make a drink - different flavors, toppings, types of drinks (smoothies, Dalgona/coffee, milk, fruit, slush, honey tea, frappe) and now ice cream and waffles round out the amazing options. The ingredients are high quality, from the tapioca or popping boba, to the teas and coffees themselves. The staff is so attentive and friendly, helping new customers who may need some questions answered, and also remembering regular customers by welcoming them with the warm greeting of a friend and knowing the usual orders by heart. They have added Gatchapon machines and crane machines in the last year or two, and the ambiance is comfortable, immaculately clean, and the equivalent aesthetically of a warm hug. I highly recommend making the trip to this shop and trying some of the menu on your own.

Love this place. I go here every time I have a craving for bubble tea. This is my go to place for bubble tea. I highly recommend it to everyone. My favorites are the cotton candy frappe and the watermelon milk tea.

The staff is super friendly the drinks are amazing. The boba is always freshly made I know that because itās warm when I get my drink. Yesterday I dropped my drink and spilled everywhere. Cashier felt bad for me she only made me pay half for another drink. That was ve try kind of her. Also I had placed a pick up order and I placed the pick up order at 12:45. When I arrived there at 12:20. Drinks werenāt ready because I selected the 12:45 but they had them didnāt in a timely manner within 3-5 minutes!
