I’ve given this establishment more chances than I should have. My friends and I regularly stop in after work, and every single time Brigitte is working, we are rushed through our visit and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
This is not an isolated incident or a bad day. It happens consistently. She ignores us, rolls her eyes, and speaks with an unprofessional attitude. She also demonstrates a lack of awareness of personal space, getting directly in guests’ faces while speaking and reaching over or behind people without any notice, which is uncomfortable and inappropriate.
During our most recent visit, she rushed us to close out, snapped at me asking if I was finished with the check, then reacted visibly after seeing the tip by slamming the checkbook down, storming off, and ignoring us for the remainder of her shift. That behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer-facing role.
What makes this especially disappointing is that the other bartenders here are excellent, which makes it clear this is not a staff-wide issue. One individual’s repeated conduct has negatively impacted what should be a relaxed, enjoyable after-work experience.
Management should address this behavior immediately. Customers should not feel rushed out, disrespected, or uncomfortable due to a staff member’s attitude. Until this is addressed, it’s difficult to recommend returning.

Stopped in for lunch today and Paris was our server—she truly went above and beyond to make our business lunch experience exceptional. Copper Top never fails to impress with its outstanding service and incredible food. Everything from the atmosphere to the attention to detail was top-notch. And a special shoutout to the avocado pinwheels… they are a must-have! Excellent food, great vibes, and consistently amazing service. We will definitely continue coming back.

Won't go back again, slowest service ever. Waiting over 45 min for a burger and still didn't show up yet. Had to leave won't be back.

$10 delicious warm cheeseburger with a really nice side salad with crisp romaine, fresh cut cucumber and green/red peppers, dressing and burger sauce nicely provided on the side. Very nice gentlemen working at the bar and very attentive and kind. Thanks for the nice service and food! 👍

The tacos were good but they sure could have more meat i had more tomatoes and onions than meat won't go back

My office ordered from here and we are all Obsessed with our food and the service we received. Not only is the food delicious every single thing was correct even with all of the changes we made to our order. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. It's not often alll of us have no issues with our food as we all enjoy very different things. We will definatly be ordering here again. Also, we loved all the little notes on the containers. 🥰

This seems to be a very nice spot, IF you are a regular. Otherwise, if you are new, it looks like you can expect second-rate service. It definitely made us find a different place to eat and drink.
