Their website features parties. We had a group of 23 for which we made an advance reservation. When we got there, the staff did not know we were coming. We were able to get seated and order but the service was poor. They only checked on us occasionally to fill drink orders and it took over 2 hours for everyone to get their food. Good service would have check in frequently, provided updates on our food and even provided some free appetizers to tide us over. They did give us 10% off our bill but that seemed like nothing after hours of waiting. Therefore, we tipped low but then we heard the staff comment on the low tip as we were leaving. They did nothing above and beyond that deserved a good tip. It was a long evening of waiting and less than interested wait staff. Good service deserves a good tip. Poor service does not and this service was poor, especially considering it was the restaurant that messed up our reservation. Once we got home and looked at the receipt, we realized that they didn't even bring everything we ordered. I would not recommend this place for large groups or parties and quite frankly, I would not give them my business again.

Only positive is the food, personally the fries are too salty. We had a large group (20+) with a reservation at 6:00. We didn't get our food until 820 for half and the rest at 845. The staff was not prepared for a large group. The head waitress was apologetic but the team did not adjust to the situation at hand and people who arrived after us received food prior to us.

We came in for a drink, would’ve stayed for more drinks if place wasn’t so dead, ambience will put you to sleep. The drink special margarita was sour, but only $5… maybe because we came in on a Tuesday at 3pm… but next place we went to was complete opposite ?

Excellent value and service. Me and my friends have been coming here every Wednesday to play trivia and enjoy a meal. The Cubano sandwich is my go-to every time, absolutely amazing. The Copper Top is the place to be for great food, service and atmosphere! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a recommended Cubano sandwich, and it came out just warm from a panini press. Makes me think the sandwiches were pre-made and frozen. It wasn't good. My friends dish came out much later than mine, which made for an awkward dining experience. The service was slow even though we were one of maybe two or three tables in the entire restaurant. There was also a funny smell I couldn't get over. When you first walk in, it smells like a strong cleaning solution, but after that dissipated, it was just a funky smell. Will not be back.
