Looks like a family ran business and they are so nice. Restaurant is super clean, meal was HOT and fresh, the chicken looked and tasted like chicken. As racing wings and this WS location hit the spot. I will be back. They even gave me 2 extra pieces :)

Look at this river of oil... Why not try to drain the damn oil. My wings floating in this!!! Done deal for me.

Wingstop has got to be the most unhealthy food I've ever had. Salty and greasy. The bag (paper) they put my food in was soaked with grease when I got home. The grease was all over my car seat. I will never, never eat there again. My suggestion to Wingstop is to put your customer's order in a plastic bag so grease doesn't get everywhere.

Today, Tuesday, December 8th at approximately 6:30PM, I ordered $70 worth of wings for the family and find that 15 boneless wings were left out ($9 worth @ $0.60 each) when I returned home. I gave the store a call to tell them the problem, and the manager insisted the missing food was in our bag, and tells me to bring all the food that my family had ALREADY STARTED EATING into the store. When I arrive at the store with my 50 now-lukewarm wings and fries, we must wait for the manager to check the cameras - which took approximately 10 minutes. After not telling us anything about what he saw on the cameras, he pulls out and inspects every box of wings we brought back to the store with his ungloved hands. During this process, he ignores my complaints about having to bring back the food which is now getting cold, just saying that he must check the order while implying that I was lying about not receiving a small fraction of my order. *I must add that if I was lying about not receiving my 15 boneless wings, I would have just left them at home! This "policy" is pointless. After seeing that the missing wings were not in the bag amongst the other 50 now-cold wings, he begrudgingly orders the staff to make the order right, and he goes to hide in the back. After about 5 minutes we receive the rest of our order and head back home to eat our cold wings and fries, all without a single apology from the manager. My experience at this newly opened Wingstop was terrible and the "customer service" provided by the manager was a disaster. Needless to say, I will never be a customer at this Wingstop location again, and have already told friends to avoid this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could - stay away from here.
