They take forever just to make 2 shakes large and the African American workers I came across especially the donan and one guy very disrespectful and I was so tired waiting in line cops come waking me up for no reason coming from work on 95th Street in hometown side white Castle they very rude late services and very racist that's God long it took for my service for only one shake to be done I fell asleep at the window and the cops come I go to the police station for no reason and the cops beat me up and shove my face in the basement I'll even send photos I'm getting a lawyer and I might as well so Sue White Castle as well

This was our first time going on Valentine's Day and it wasn't what I thought it would be. When it initially started I was told the tables had white linen tablecloths and the waiters had on black and white. Was also told candles were on the table. Even tho my service was great, I was disappointed in the decor!

On January 26th 2025 at 10:00am my husband bought a cheeseburger crave case. When he got home we opened the box and the the burgers had none or one or two slivers onions on them!! Who eats white castle burgers without onions?! Because there were no onions the burgers were dried out!! The bun lid was so dry it cracked when you picked it up!! The funny thing about this, is that he ordered EXTRA ONIONS!!! Pickles are supposed to be on EVERY burger, not on every other one! The pickles that were on the burgers were so tiny and shriveled up that they had no flavor! $36 dollars for a case of inedible garbage!! I suggest you train your grill cooks better at this location. 95th and Cicero Avenue location has really gotten bad, but this was the worst. White Castles are supposed to be steam grilled on a bed of onions, not on a bed of nothing!

Very poor food service. Food looks like it was slapped together. Order a shake and had ice cream all dripping down side of it . They should recruit new employees that take there job seriously.
