U come here at night, u would need a wait 2hrs just for ur order. Even as a delivery driver. Waiting in line since 2am, just to be told to come to window. Wasn't able to say anything. Then had to wait longer, to be seen next to inform the worker two pick up orders. It's about to be 3:40am.. when finally spoke to lady, surprise. Food not cook yet. No one's really cooking, so making these orders come out quickly, is impossible. This might be another 30min wait to an hr. Wasting my time to make money for my kids and bills

The food was horrible! Chicken rings tasted plant based, onion rings tasted like dry air, and the burger was just as tasteless. The workers were super friendly and positive, but the food was trash.

Solid location offering fast service in a clean environment. And they get your order right. Food is prepared competently, so if you know what to expect from a typical White Castle, then you will enjoy what this particular location has to offer.Of interest is the display they have in the restaurant that features a lot of White Castle memorabilia.
Two occasions I tried to order from here. I say try because each time my order of a clutch crave case of 20 cheeseburgers was going to take at least 15-20 minutes. I was in the restaurant for one the drive thru for the other. The store was empty and nobody was ahead of me in the drive thru. What can possibly take 20 minutes to make 20 cheeseburgers? I remember back in the day you could order 50 of them and it wouldn't take even 10 minutes. Stay away grom this place. The inside was filthy garbage left on tables on the floor and the employees lazy and rude and uncaring. I don't write a lot of bad reviews but had to do this one. In fact Monday I will be trying to get ahold of corporate because the "service" and "employees" are simply unacceptable. I watched a Documentary about how white castle has so few stores because they focus on quality. Well this store on 95th and Cicero in oak lawn must have slipped through the cracks.The staff seemed lazy, rude, and were on their phones. Didn't seem to want to be bothered with you know....their job. So now I take the extra time to drive to the one on 79th and harlem where the employees are nice and you never have to wait 20 minutes regardless of order!

I went there 4 days straight for a milkshake and that all ( I have a sweet tooth) and they always say it’s down. I told them on the 4th day can I have a chocolate shake and their reply was “they down.” When they said that I said this been 4 days it’s been down. Then they said “ohhh um give me a min. Oh we have strawberry and vanilla.” Like now y’all have milkshakes!? I think they have chocolate too it’s just they didn’t want to get caught not wanting to make them. Or if y’all really didn’t have chocolate then why y’all keep saying it’s down if y’all have the others? Look at this point y’all shouldn’t even have milkshakes on the menu if y’all aren’t gonna make them. It’s annoying like whenever I come here it’s always “down”…like it’s been down this WHOLE 2023! Now it’s 2024…they better do something.

LOVE THE VANILLA MIXED WITH JUST LIL BIT OF CHOCOLATE CREAMER AND SHAKES BUT MY MOST BEST SELLING AS WELL AS MOST POPULAR TO ME IS THE STRAWBERRY SHAKES LARGE EXTRA THICK. OH YEAHHHHH LOL. AND THEY ARE VERY VERY FRIENDLY HERE IN CHICAGO ON 79TH 80TH AND SOUTH HARLEM THEY HAVE THE BEST EXTRA THICK VANILLA SHAKES. THANKS WHITE
