The music was too loud to understand the cashier. I myself used to work in “food service” so I understand the frustration when it comes to dealing with people and being rushed, but the cashier girl was acting too fidgety and acted like I was the dumb one. On top that, she was talking ‘softly’ and with a thick Indian accent; and with the music playing too loudly, it was harder to understand her, making her think that much lesser than me

Would suggest you order online because if you order on site your apparently not a concern 30 minute wait for an order of wings. Almost left even though I'd paid. This was also not at a peak time. I have not returned nor will I at least not to this store.

This place is horrible, make sure to double check your bags!!! They miss items you paid for and they give you a hard time to give you the small skinny wings they forget to add to the bag of the order you already paid for!!

Earlier today, my mother visited Wingstop to pick up wings for our family dinner. Upon returning home, we discovered that 10 BBQ wings were missing from our order. We promptly called the store to inform them of the oversight, only to be met with accusations of dishonesty and an unwillingness to address the issue. This response was especially disheartening, as we are frequent customers, often ordering on weekends. To make matters worse, we overheard employees in the background speaking disrespectfully and using inappropriate language toward us. Having worked in the fast food industry ourselves, we understand how customer complaints should be handled with courtesy and professionalism. This experience was, without question, one of the most disappointing we have encountered at Wingstop. I strongly recommend that this location addresses its approach to customer service and invests in proper staff training. Failing to do so may result in the loss of loyal customers and long-term damage to the business’s reputation. Avoid this location as they clearly don't care enough to make sure you receive what you payed for.

Service is bad, they mess up a delivery order and can’t resend the order nor do they appropriately accommodate. The only thing they can say is sorry and you can come to get the right order or get a refund. Not worth it there are to many wing options.
