This Chicago Ridge location has been serving up frozen seasoned fries vs the normal handcut. Is this new across all locations. The new fries are trash and we've gotten them the last two visits.

Today was my Birthday food is always good and fresh… customer service just great! I told the lady it was my birthday and to my surprise she gave me a choclate brownie in my bag. I was not aware of that so kind. The wings here are the best bbq wings ever… please try them you will Not be dissapointed

Inflation must of hit wingstop hard . I’m not sure what these are but they are not wings . Each one is the size of two fingers in thickness

Fries are burned. No one is answering the phone either
Now the food wasn’t bad; the fries were a little overcooked, but other than that, the food was fantastic. Boneless BBQ wings and Cajun Tenders are recommended. Now the SERVICE itself was GAWD-AWFUL. The music was too loud to understand the cashier. I myself used to work in “food service” so I understand the frustration when it comes to dealing with people and being rushed, but the cashier girl was acting too fidgety and acted like I was the dumb one. On top that, she was talking ‘softly’ and with a thick Indian accent; and with the music playing too loudly, it was harder to understand her, making her think that much lesser than me

Would suggest you order online because if you order on site your apparently not a concern 30 minute wait for an order of wings. Almost left even though I'd paid. This was also not at a peak time. I have not returned nor will I at least not to this store.

This place is horrible, make sure to double check your bags!!! They miss items you paid for and they give you a hard time to give you the small skinny wings they forget to add to the bag of the order you already paid for!!
