Bar Louie - Oakbrook Terrace

The food looks good but looks can be discieving. If I could rate the food a zero I would. The dressing for the grilled chicken Caesar salad was disgusting. How can you mess up a salad. The wings were cold, the alcoholic drinks wasn’t even good and very much watered down. I ordered a total of 3 drinks and didn’t feel anything. Spent a total of 150$; My time trying Bar Louie & I will not be back ever again. Do better plz. 0/10 would not recommend.

The hotel bar, accessible from the rear entrance, offers excellent service; however, the drinks were excessively potent and lacked desirable flavor.

It's not the team but the manager. The short guy name honni. I think that's his name. He's 5 foot 4. Not a cool guy. Very cocky but for no reason. Just not pleasant. Ruined my birthday. If you know me then you know it's very hard to upset me. I approached him on the side so I wouldn't come off as disrespectful but still he was arrogant. Not a spot I would recommend. Check all my reviews. This is the first time I rated a poor score.

Terrible service. Waited forever for the drinks . Then they automatically add a 20% tip for party 3. I don't score low on restaurants often but dang these hit the marks on pissing me off

If your and Unattractive person they you will have a great experience but if your attractive smart educated and not some pland white girl they treat you like you don’t belong there good great service is horrible

It took ten minutes for my server to come to my table and when he arrived, he asked that I wait while he greeted the table next to mine. That table of people came ten minutes after I arrived.

I found the food to be good.

I enjoyed everything that I ordered.

I was not used to being asked for a card to "start a tab" before ordering, but I got over it.

All in all, it was a different setting than I was used to (I didn't choose the place) and I can see why people enjoy the place.

It's weird. I rated Bar Louie's three stars overall but gave the food, service, and atmosphere four stars each. Hmmm?

The first night was horrible. The bartender treated us like second-class citizens
The second and third day and night the staff was wonderful.

This bar causes extremely disturb to the residents at the hotel until late night. Strong vibrations from loud music and complete ignorance of the customer above in the hotel. The bar and the hotel need to make changes to that otherwise police should be contact for disrupting residents.

Great location 👌

Solid bar with a good DJ & good eats. Middle aged crowd but usually lots of fun. Probably the best option in the area if you don’t mind a lil house music.

We arrived at this location for the first time and the hostess had a terrible attitude, was on her phone and stared at patrons as if they shouldn’t come here… well I won’t anymore!!! The waitress looked at us in the booth and never came to the table! I noticed a trend with the her for anyone who looked like us! Unbelievable that we are in 2024 and experience this at an establishment in this location. Consumer beware.. I will surely pass and post this experience to everyone I know.. fortunately other location we visited does not share this lack of customer service experience here and bias towards patrons. My true feeling is Zero Stars as a matter of facts the option to take away stars should be given. We walked out a did not spend a penny at this location after sitting for 20 mins without service
