Absolutely worst food ever! I am not normally one to complain or send food back but....my friend that was with me highly recommend the Kicken Fried Chicken sandwgich. So I ordered the "Fried" chicken sandwich and was given a Grilled chicken sandwich. Then when it returned after being sent back it was the same sandwich. I cannot confirm but it appeared that the cook had scraped everything off of the chicken and then tossed the chicken in the fryer. Then tossed the chicken back on the same bun and topped with the toppings from the previous sandwich. While this does make the chicken "fried" this is not what was advertised. I have never had a Fried chicken sandwich without breading. The server attempted to apologize but stated that it was due to the fact that the cook didn't speak English. Then she gave us a "discount" still charged for the fries that the meal came with. Once she returned to the table again and saw that the sandwich only had one bite taken out of it she credited the entire sandwich meal. She then offered a drink "on the house" . While I understand that it was not the servers fault and she was attempting to make the situation better there are a lot better ways to handle the situation. Also in a situation like this I would have expected a visit from the manager to apologize for the issue. Major fail all the way around. I will not be back and I will recommend that no one else go here to eat either.

Not good. Not good at all. Last time I was there i got there and waited about 10 minutes before a server came to the table, then about 15 minutes more for the drinks to arrive. In addition to this, the food was not good imo, I've had better food at Taco Bell, plus they automatically add 18% gratuity, probably because they know no one would leave a decent tip for the terrible service. Pay attention to this, or you will get scammed into leaving an extra tip like I did.. Then they ripped me off on the bill but I just wanted to get out of there. I won't be back ever lol god this place is terrible.

When you go to Bar Louie for happy hour, be very aware of the 18% gratuity tax that they very sneakily apply to your bill. Here's how it works. You go in for happy hour and get a $5.00 drink. The regular price for this drink is $10.00. What they do is, at the end of the night when you are squaring up your bill, they take your total amount of drinks x's the regular price ($10.00), then charge you 18% of that number to your bill. It's really a sneaky and underhanded way to get the almost full price of your happy hour drink. I found this out the hard way, when I got my bill. Needless to say, happy hour at Bar Louie is over for me.

FORCED TIP, and they don't have the decency to tell you. Went to their bar last night for just drinks. When I was ready to cash out they asked me if I wanted my receipt, I said yes I want to tip them and I don't have any cash. Not a whisper that a 18% tip is already included on the bill. Just watched me try and tip them again. Thankfully my friend caught it, as I took forever with the math. Absolutely not. Will never be spending money here again. Nothing like taking something that is supposed to show gratitude and turning it into a scam.
