Perfect Preline and Cream! I stopped by the Baskin-Robbins in Lombard and tried their Praline and Cream flavor — and wow, it was perfect! The creamy texture, the crunch of the praline pecans, and that sweet caramel swirl were balanced just right. Not too heavy, not too sweet — just delicious. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely coming back for this flavor again. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something rich but smooth!

Zero stars. I’ve given this place many chances to make ice cream cakes. They have been incorrect every. single. time. Shame on me but don’t take the risk. The manager is never available to help, they won’t give refunds, and refuse to take accountability.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at this location was absolutely terrible. The employee was extremely rude and arrogant, showing no interest in attending to customers. He was on his phone for a long time while we stood there waiting, completely ignoring us. When he finally decided to take my order, he still got it wrong—added the wrong toppings and made me wait an absurd amount of time just for a single scoop of ice cream. Avoid this place unless you want to be ignored, disrespected, and frustrated over something as simple as ice cream.

Charged me .50 for a cone when it should come free with a regular scoop!! Had BOGO off thru Tmobilie and only gave me a kid cone price off bill when it should have been the regular single cone price! ARE THE ANY WHITE OWNED BASKIN ROBBIN ANYMORE??(would rather go there instead.

I’m giving a 1 bc it’s the lowest value I’m allowed to give if I could I’d put .5 or lower. They are extremely unclean and take forever. Place is disgusting and filthy. Even just to sit down you would have to clean it yourself, like we had did. No AC and cones are stale.

I ordered a cake at 9:00 am on Saturday to pick up at 10:30 Sunday morning. I want able to go get it until around 3:00. They claimed to have called several times about not being able to make the cake. The only call I got from an unknown number was at 1:00 pm Sunday, 2.5 hours AFTER my cake was Sutton be ready and there was no voicemail left. If you can’t make custom cakes, don’t take online orders.

Lobby was closed so had to order ice cream in the drive-thru. No flavors posted on sign. Got back and I don’t think he cleaned off the scooper because my cookie dough ice cream tasted like mint chip.

Terrible experience each time at this location. 5 years of living in this area and I rarely buy from this store. Always messing up the order and rude customer service! Today they handed us dripping and melted icecreams! We had to ask for napkins and the guy hands over just one napkin nodding his head. Pathetic service.
