The young man with glasses….no one is rushing you. Slow down and stop messing up customers orders. Was ordering 2 separate bowls and he was putting same ingredients in each after stating specifically what went in each. Better off ordering one at a time and getting back in line for second.

I am very disappointed regarding the unprofessional and disturbing behavior taking place at your Chipotle location. My son recently went in, and what he witnessed was completely unacceptable.

According to him, the manager began yelling at an employee simply because she accidentally dropped some food. Instead of handling the situation calmly and respectfully, he chose to embarrass her in front of everyone, escalating the situation into a full-blown verbal argument. The employee was clearly upset and eventually started crying. To make matters worse, the manager then told her to clock out and leave — and as she walked out in tears, he was smirking.

That kind of behavior is not leadership. It’s harassment, and it creates a toxic, hostile environment for both employees and customers. No one — especially a young worker — should be treated that way in front of an audience.

I have witnessed similar behavior from this manager before, and it’s deeply concerning that it’s continuing to happen. I have now told my son and his friends not to return to this location because the atmosphere is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

This needs to be investigated immediately. No customer should have to witness this kind of behavior, and no employee should ever be humiliated like that at work.

I ordered my bowl via uber eats today. While I was chewing something sharp stabbed the inside of my mouth and pulled out this plastic piece.

Needs here management, workers not trained how to handle costumers. I am by myself and lady taking forever put gloves on to serve, meats over salted, guacamole old and brown, don't have forks only spoons.

I go to chipotle at least once a week and this was by far the worst experience I have ever seen. I ordered my food an hour early and then waited 25 minutes in the store once I got there. When I asked about my order the guy brought it out within 30 seconds as if it had just been sitting in the back. I understand it was busy but my food was ice cold when it came out and the rice was clearly old and hard.

Horrible. Don't come here, I waited 20 minutes in line when only one person was in front of me and they only ordered 2 bowls and the workers left my food just laying to the counter just to get cold and on top of that they carelessly flipped over my taco. Then they didn't put an equal amount of rice and steak. Go to a different Chipotle

It’s a chipotle so the food is relatively healthy. It’s pretty tasty. It’s pretty consistent. The portions are smaller than they were three years ago, but like I said, it’s chipotle.

I ordered a double carne asada burrito bowl and added extra chicken on uber eats. Costed me $20 before taxes, fees, and tip…. When I got it, there was barely any meat. Absolute ripoff. Have had this happen to me on multiple occasions. Only order in person from this store so they can’t rip you off.

Chipotle you need to do better when it comes to customer service. I walked in to your restaurant and a young took my order. By the time she asked for the last of the ingredients, I asked for cheese and sour cream only. She then told me that they didn’t have any and were out. If this was brought up to my attention before I wouldn’t gotten my food. So I asked that since there is no cheese if it could be replaced with the queso and was told that it would be an upcharge which amazed me more as other places would make a substitute exception but not even that was offered. Where has our service gone into

The food is fine but they often mess up online orders. Two times I ordered a burrito and they give me a bowl instead. It's not the biggest deal but is it so hard to get what you ask for? The portions are small too. You're better off ordering in person

Manager gave me a hard time because I returned some chips that were stale to show my appreciation, I offered to buy some more food and just put that money return towards my next purchase, and he refused. He asked for a receipt and credit card wow!!! He must’ve thought I didn’t have the receipt or the credit card. I didn’t think I needed but I did show it to him. He’d rather just give me a return as I was placing my order, he called me back to the register to remove A empty bag that I left on the counter, (chipotles bag), ’ the chips were in all this with an attitude. Wow!!!! I just turned around and walked out. I will never go back to that Please again because of the customer service. I didn’t deserve that Humiliation I’ve been going there a long time over 20 years, IM NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN .

The wait to be serviced is poorly managed. Often I’ve visited this location and you’re waiting roughly 5-10 minutes to be serviced because they leave one person to make the food and ring you out.
