The girl that helped us was wonderful. The other gentlemanthat was behind the counter was all miserable.! Did not have any cheese left to put on my Bowl as well as missing half of the ingredients!

So placing an order for pickup arrived at this location not busy at all pretty chill picked my order was ready no problem. Got home opened the cover and lmao are you kidding me did I get someone left overs or something what is this. It was like whatever they could find and added it to the bowl also thank you for the soup on the bottom I didn't know you added just pure liquid for the base. Wow this place just doesn't care anymore

This has got to be the worst chipotle restaurant I have ever had the meat is tough like leather and since when is guacamole chunks of avocado in a cup where is the onion salt and lime I’m never going to that one ever again!!!

Then I called customer service and these fools said sorry we will refund you for guacamole umm no the whole meal is what I want refunded !!

One of the nicest chipotle experiences I’ve ever had! It was very clean, and the food was great. The woman making my burrito really put thought into it, asking how much of the ingredients and taking the time to wrap it nicely.

Saturday 10:07 AM; I didn't realize they opened today at 10:45 the door was open and came inside this black girl with long hair gave me a bad attitude, who in the world thought she was to treat me like this? This was my last straw with this store not coming back.

Ended with us canceling our order. We were not happy with the portions, so we asked for more. The server chuckled and said he had to charge for more, and that was ok with us. What we didn't like was the server, and there were two other employees standing near laughing about the situation. This was totally disappointing and disrespectful. It seems like they didn't care if we bought food or not. They continued laughing while trying to conceal it. Will never go back there and will not suggest to anyone else to go to this location. I mentioned this to my son, and he says most of his friends say the food at this location isn't good... everyone knows not to eat there. As for me, I will not eat at any of their restaurants .. Food (0) not sure if anyone cares.
