This Dunkin Location listed at 17W460 22nd Street, Oakbrook Terrace, IL is really at 17W462 for the record. We have frequented this Dunkin Donuts daily and our overall experiences have varied. They are fast, but not always efficient. They lack customer service and accountability especially when there is a problem with your order. We always place our order at the drive thru. Here are four of the most recent and typical unprofessional interactions with management when a concern is expressed. 1. We ordered a chocolate frosted cake donut, but were given a "chocolate raised donut. We drove away and then noticed the error. When we drove back and explained we received the wrong donut, we were told that we got what we ordered! The manager chose to argue and debate the mistake while denying responsibility for the error. This made a simple issue into a big deal as she begrudgingly corrected our order. Sadly, this happened more than once. 2. This location is the only Dunkin that does not give a "senior citizen discount." All surrounding Dunkin's in the area do... Yorktown, Elmhurst, Lombard, etc, etc. When asked about the discount, the manager became defensive and aggravated as she indicated, they just don't! Period!! 3. We ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side. After we drove away we noticed that the bagel was rubbery, tough and chewy. Obviously the bagel was old and or had been micro waved instead of toasted. We mentioned it the next day during our regular visit but our concerns were ignored. 4. Here's the "straw that broke the camels back." After several insulting interactions with this location we noticed that once again our coffee was laced with Curdled Cream floating on the top surface. Once again we drove back and my wife went inside to get a fresh coffee. They looked at the coffee like it was our fault and then reluctantly made another one. No apology for the inconvenience. No accountability for quality control or freshness. We went back to our car and low and behold there was Curdled Cream floating in this cup as well! This time I went in and showed the coffee with the curdled cream to the manager. She immediately accused me of putting something in the coffee, as she asked "what did you put in it?" She did this in front of other patrons with no shame or responsibility. After the rude accusation and unprofessional insulting disposition, the manager went over and made another coffee. This one was good! I guess three's a charm. But the damage had already been done. Throughout all our unsatisfactory experiences at this location there is never any accountability, apology or consideration for customer service and satisfaction. Management instead demonstrates a "take it or leave it" attitude. So we left!! Never to return. Now we enjoy fast efficient service at the Yorktown Dunkin right up the street. We save about ninety cents to $1.50 daily with our senior citizen discount. A savings of about ten dollars a week. The coffee and cream is fresh, our donut order is correct and our bagel is toasted. Best of all, we start our day with efficient professional customer service with a smile. In closing, 99% of our online reviews are positive. Our main goal for posting is to inform and sometimes warn!

When I got home I had to leave a review because this location just made me the best iced coffee of my life. YUM! Every time I go here, they are so sweet. I'm sad I keep forgetting to get his name, but one man in particular (freckles!) who works here always greets me by name and is SO kind. He just radiates positive energy; puts a smile on my face every visit. I go into an office nearby 1x/month and my treat of going to this Dunkin is always what I look forward to!

I order a warm coffee cake but it wasn’t warm and they say it couldn’t be warm because cross contamination that they don’t warm anything with sugar which is bizarre because in any other dunkin’ that I have order it gets warmed Also I order some munchkins and a doughnut and everything was mix in one bag not good nothing was separated

Doesn’t allow two separate orders within the drive thru? I buy donuts for a nearby customer of my business… Looks like ill be visiting a different Dunkin to tailor to my needs. Never had this problem any other Dunkin…😬

This Dunkin is a SCAM! BEWARE! I asked for light ice and the lady at the window got upset and said it was a .50c up charge with a attitude … I’ve never had a up charge for light ice. it’s bad enough a medium coffee is $6 and after 3 sips it’s already half way gone from all the ice they add to it. Take your hard earned money to a different location. The short haired lady is nothing but problems for that location and it wasn’t the first time I had an issue with her. But now I’m officially done with this location. SCAM!

The worst customer service I ever experienced at a Dunkin and I’ve been to many since I love their coffee but the manager, she had blond hair, short etc, was extremely rude. She made me feel like a 4th class citizen and made comments under her breathe. Not sure how she got a job in this industry since she fails all parts of customer service. She needs to be replaced or someone needs to take this up to corporate level. If you read this and you have a miserable life it doesn’t mean you need to reflect this on others who have a perfectly fine life. Go to therapy and get treated
