I've been going here for almost two years, it's always clean and everyone is super nice. every now and then I catch so called "important customers" being unnecessarily rude to the poor employees and threatening them with horrible reviews or calls to corp and that's just not fair. These are incredibly hard working people and they basically only have three people at a time even when they're crazy busy. each and every one of them deal with much more than they are being payed.Parking: front, side, and back parking available. however it can be hard after 4 pm because the restaurant next door shares these spots and opens at that time.Kid-friendliness: they are all extremely kind to children!

So I went this morning to order an iced Coffee, not only did she rush my order but I couldn’t understand her the way she was speaking. So I repeated back my order and she goes “I GOT IT, anything else?” So I asked her what she had that I have ordered and wouldn’t respond. This is the 3rd time this Hispanic lady has rushed and been super rude at the drive-thru. I won’t be going back until this lady is let go of her job. This is disgusting.

I usually get my order from uber eats but this morning I went in person. I buy breakfast from this location regularly for my staff and myself, but the Hispanic lady who is cashier or manager here is extremely HOSTILE, RUDE and RACIST (the person talked fine with others) I will not go to this location anymore until management make some changes with this lady and I will make sure that none of my staff buys breakfast from here.

Worst customer service from the fake blonde hair Hispanic women, I think she’s the manager? I literally wait by the register 5 min to order when she was on her phone the whole time, when I asked her if I can order a coffee whe gave me the dirtiest look and attitude, she didn’t answer and said anything else she just place the coffee on the counter. Not going back that’s for sure. And for what I see she has a lot of bad reviews.

Worst customer service ever. Waited for someone to take our order in the drive through for a couple mins so drove up to the window to see what the hold up was. Asked if we could just order at the window since we were waiting for a while and the hispanic lady who i think is the manager says “No you were only waiting for a minute”. If you’re in the service industry aren’t you expected to be POLITE especially when you’re the manager?! I couldn’t even get an “I’m sorry for the wait”. Just straight up rude. She needs to be reported….look at other review too and it will say a lot.

Horrible customer service! The manager was very rude even when THEY mess up your order. Horrible hours as well for a Dunkin. I will never use this location ever again.
Hispanic Lady at drive was not only late and opened this dunkin after open hours but she also was racist at Window. After i politely corrected her for giving me a hot coffe rather than iced like i specifically ordered. And stated to start ordering in spanish ofending me and my second language, very unhappy. Stay away from this dunkin.
