I was disappointed to drive by at lunchtime and see the parking lot empty because your pizza really is excellent. I completely understand that what you do isn’t meant to be a quick service style meal, but that might be exactly why a different lunch option could help.
Have you considered a weekday lunch buffet? It would give people a chance to enjoy your food without worrying about time. A lot of good buffets disappeared during Covid, and there’s definitely a gap in the market now.
If you offered it and spread the word, I honestly think you’d see more people coming through the door and the business growing.

Great customer service forgot who our gentleman server was but he was very friendly professional fast and kind. Food was great as always. Previously called a different location for a pick up order. The phone experience was horrible. Which led us to actually dine in at this location.

Sad to drive by at lunchtime and see the parking lot completely empty. Your pizza is great, but I understand that it’s not a quick serve style of pizza. You should consider having a weekday lunch buffet, so diners can come and eat your product and go quickly. Many great buffets left during Covid and there’s a need for this. Do it! Advertise it! Watch your business GROW!

None of the food looked appealing. Salad dressing looked gray and leaf lettuce old. Pizza looked and tasted bland, about as special as a frozen $5 pizza. Service was sufficient and location looked modern.

Manager was great to chip in and assist when the waitress was busy. He had a great salad recommendation and was very welcoming. Salad was a great choice. I'm not sure the name of my waitress as she only brought me my pizza and refilled my water when I asked. Never saw her again!
