The staff were rude and we felt like we bothered them just by ordering food. Ordered waffles and got waffle bowl, which is a lot more expensive and the staff insisted it’s the same price. Overall the experience wasnt nice, the store wasn’t clean. And their customer service didn’t care either. Won’t be coming back.

Jamba decided that it would be acceptable to charge us $1.50 for a small cup of ice water with our order of three Jamba Juices.
Apparently, hubby said it came up as $0 but then the clerk backed it out snd charged us $1.50. I would have told her to take her tap water and shove it - with my whole order but husband was nicer.

No options for people who can't digest dairy. Smoothie was made for me customized but it tasted tart and watery. I wasted $8.00. Wasn't greeted upon entering. Won't go here again
