I love jersey mikes but i will
never return after I just paid 10+ for this little small portion. I mean there’s no way someone would serve you this little portion. Unacceptable

After watching Danny DeVito JM’s commercials all football Sunday, I decided to give them a whirl. I drove two towns over to reach the nearest Jersey Mikes. Staff was nice, and barely had any wait but sandwich was pedestrian at best. Got an original #4, “Mikes Way” sans Onions. Sandwich was flavorless but worst of all bread was stale. Can’t even call it day old…more like 4-5 days old. I grew up getting Italians back East, and the bread can make or break it. Tomatoes were mushy but it’s winter. $14+ after chips and tip…did t even finish the sandwich, it was that bad. Sorry, won’t be back.

Our office orders from this location at least once a month for the entire staff. Never any mix ups on the orders, it's flawless Everytime! Very fast and very delicious! It's always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. Plenty of napkins and condiments given when requested.

Great food. Terrible customer service at this location. Waited for my online order and ignored while they took other online orders that came in after me. Don’t waste your money on this location

Horrible service . I asked if they can add mayo , pickles, and onions on my sandwich and the lady’s response was you were supposed to ask me when you ordered before I made the sandwich. This was my first time coming and I didn’t know with hot sandwiches they don’t ask you what you want on them . Instead of adding it to the sandwich, she gave me containers with the stuff on it and was not happy about me asking for the condiments .

Jersey Mike's -Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. We are super picky about where we get sub sandwiches. Jersey Mike's fits the bill every time. Oakbrook Terrace is our favorite location because of Alicia. The food and smiles she serves is top notch. I'll add some photos in the future but for now, trust me the sandwiches are filled beautifully. Alicia runs the show here from top to bottom. I can't say enough about her fantastic presence. People have unlimited places to purchase sandwiches --- it really helps bring in customers when they can expect to see a long time employee there with such great energy.. We love eating here and I highly recommend.

Great subs. I especially like the #9 with hot honey and the chipotle cheesesteak

Update to add: we talked to manager Ricky about this today, and he literally called us a liar. He said “yeah, I hear you I’m just gonna trust my employee more then I’m gonna trust you.” Lol WHAT that’s wild. Like whatever trust your employee but customer service?? Like wow. Okay. We will literally NEVER get food from here again.

We order from here all the time. This time, our sandwiches were wrong. We called to ask for a replacement and Alisha (Alicia?) literally yelled and argued on the phone over and over saying she didn’t make the sandwich wrong, she made the ticket, it’s not wrong, we’re wrong. And then hung up on us. It was wild. And lost a customer when she could’ve kept a loyal customer by just offering to remake our sandwiches properly.

I was told at 6:30pm by one of the employees that there grilled was off and it had been off for the past 10 mins because there closing time is at 7pm. So do you Really close at 7PM or 6:30PM..what a joke!

I eat at Jersey Mike's often, but I always get the turkey sandwich. This time I tried something different, the pastrami sandwich. I was very disappointed. The taste of the meat was off and the grilled onions were overpowering. I will stick to the turkey.
