Warm and friendly staff. I order to go from here a few times a month, and they always remember me. Makes my day!

Jersey Mike's -Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. We are super picky about where we get sub sandwiches. Jersey Mike's fits the bill every time. Oakbrook Terrace is our favorite location because of Alicia. The food and smiles she serves is top notch. I'll add some photos in the future but for now, trust me the sandwiches are filled beautifully. Alicia runs the show here from top to bottom. I can't say enough about her fantastic presence. People have unlimited places to purchase sandwiches --- it really helps bring in customers when they can expect to see a long time employee there with such great energy.. We love eating here and I highly recommend.

Great subs. I especially like the #9 with hot honey and the chipotle cheesesteak

Update to add: we talked to manager Ricky about this today, and he literally called us a liar. He said “yeah, I hear you I’m just gonna trust my employee more then I’m gonna trust you.” Lol WHAT that’s wild. Like whatever trust your employee but customer service?? Like wow. Okay. We will literally NEVER get food from here again.

We order from here all the time. This time, our sandwiches were wrong. We called to ask for a replacement and Alisha (Alicia?) literally yelled and argued on the phone over and over saying she didn’t make the sandwich wrong, she made the ticket, it’s not wrong, we’re wrong. And then hung up on us. It was wild. And lost a customer when she could’ve kept a loyal customer by just offering to remake our sandwiches properly.

I was told at 6:30pm by one of the employees that there grilled was off and it had been off for the past 10 mins because there closing time is at 7pm. So do you Really close at 7PM or 6:30PM..what a joke!

I eat at Jersey Mike's often, but I always get the turkey sandwich. This time I tried something different, the pastrami sandwich. I was very disappointed. The taste of the meat was off and the grilled onions were overpowering. I will stick to the turkey.

Ordered 5 sandwiches to go. They messed up two of them. The warm sandwiches were almost cold by the time we ate them.

Overall, it's pretty good. This is one of my fav restaurants but not my fav location. I've had a few sandwiches from here that was just okay, either a small amount of ingredients or lacking on good flavor. I also think that I've made a few of the employees nervous (I don't know if my confident demeanor was too aggressive or if my darker complexion was the reason). Either way, I've had that "uncomfortable" feeling before at this location. It didn't bother me, because it is some nice people that work there as well. In this situation, the good outweighs the bad, and I like that! I go to this location often because it's close to my job, and I definitely would recommend it.

I attended many Jersey Mikes in the past and had some good experiences and some bad ones. I'm currently working in Illinois and visited this Jersey Mikes and I must say I had one of the best experiences and food made in a very long time. First time there I ordered something I never tried before. A big Kahuna chicken philly in a wrap with extra meat, mushrooms, onions and chipotle mayo. It was made perfectly by I believe her name was Paola. So I went back the following day and got another one this time add bacon, lettuce and tomatoes in a wrap. Alicia took my order and gave me excellent customer service. Andres made the wrap and once again, made a great delicious wrap. I was born and raised in Jersey and I ate sandwiches all my life, and for once I finally got an order that looks like the picture. Great job, highly recommend this Jersey Mike's.

I would like to give a Whoohoo to Alicia every time I come into Jersey Mikes when she’s there I get the greatest service I live 15 miles from the Jersey Mikes she works at I pass by 2 Jersey Mikes to get to the one Alicia works the service she give is awesome it make’s me keep coming back to that Jersey Mikes.

Parking: Always find a park in that area.

First time trying jersey mikes , and they have a customer for life. Elizia and Andres did a great making my subs. Both Presentation and taste were perfect. Friendly attitude and clean establishment!

My wife and I stop in every week or two for sandwiches. Alicia is one of the most friendly and efficient people ever. She's always super quick to get our order moving and get us checked out. This review is less about the food, and more about the staff, though the sandwiches are always pretty good too. I can't stress enough how important it is to have good service. Alicia delivers every time.

Dropped by on the go for a quick snack. Sub was delicious, hot, freshly prepared. Place was clean and orderly.
Staff was not very friendly though.

Parking: About 3-5. Limited parking as space was shared with other merchants
