Went in tonight to get a sandwich before work. The employee not exceptionally friendly. I ordered a #12 unwich which is a lettuce wrap. I asked for everything except mayo. Well he didn't use mayo, but forgot or didn't care to add the avocado sauce. Which is what I like. The lettuce, cucumbers, tomato on it was so old and wilted. That's about 1200 bucks wasted. Not happy! I could have went next door to Chipotle and got a better deal for my money!š”

I came in to get my free sandwich for my birthday cause I am a rewards member and the staff was great it was only one guy there he took my order in made my sandwich in under 7mins and the sandwich #14 was delicious

It seems to be a recurring problem with this Jimmy John's, that the orders take a really long time to get to you, and the instructions don't really get followed. I can live with the fact that the sandwich never is cut in half (we don't have knives at work so it kinda sucks) but the last few times we've ordered it takes about an hour to get here. It wouldn't matter much either if the sandwich wasn't sopping wet by the time I got it to eat. I try to give grace but if there's one thing this Jimmy John's is, it's not freaky fast.

I placed an order on doordash. I was supposed to get it in 20 minutes. I called the location and they said the order was on its way. 20 min later still nothing. I called DoorDash and they called the store. Store said same thing. Itās been 30+ min since I called DoorDash and the store. I still havenāt received my sandwich. Iām working I canāt keep checking the front door every other minute thatās why you give come when your supposed too

I ordered my food through the app, it around 12:30, the restaurant was empty except for 3 people waiting to pickup their order. When I arrived one of the 2 guys working shouted out āwhatās the name on the orderā, I replied with my name, & he replied back that he had the order. The guy making the sandwich had a beard with nomask or hair net that could see. When I sandwich was put on the counter, thinking it was mine, the bearded man shouted, āthatās not yoursā! As many other reviewers have pointed out, this location needs some training or the workers should fine another line of work. Next time, Iāll just go to Frankieās Deli around the corner, itās a bit less expensive & the people making the sandwich are always nice & polite.

3-13-24 Update I have downgraded my original 3 star review to 1 star. All I will say is stay away from this location of Jimmy John's. The employees need training in every way imaginable.

Stay away! I placed an order on doordash. I was supposed to get it in 18 minutes, I took over an hour and a half! I had called the location after waiting for 45 minutes. Tony said the driver was very close and would meet me shortly. It was all a lie, it took another 50 minutes to arrive. Also they were supposed to call me when they dropped off my order and they didnt. The food sucked too, was bland and soggy. Horrible service and food!
