Disappointed. This was my 2nd time ordering carryout at this location. I ordered two pizzas: one large thin mike's hot honey pepperoni, and one medium thin cheese.. I ordered both of them to be uncut as I was taking them home.Shame on me for not checking the order at the restaurant, but when I got home, I realized that I received two MEDIUM thin crust pizzas and both pizzas had been cut. The receipt clearly stated exactly what I ordered, but they just got it wrong.Not great when trying to feed a family..

The deep dish pizza is not that good. A lot of people claim this place has the best deep dish in Chicago but compared to all the other deep dish pizza I've had, I'd say this place has the worst. I recommend going to Giordano's instead.

Stopped by for a quick unplanned lunch with my husband. We were seated quickly but there was an extreme wait to be serviced. There was a point when arrivals after us, ordered before us. Nonetheless, we finally ordered and the food was great. I ordered a large Lou Malnatis Pizza and House wings --- that came to around $73. Not a bad experience but not a lunch option on a regular basis.

Food is excellent...ambiance is a bit loud for me...and then to have the manager come into the bar and rearrange the industrial chairs...making loud noises...just so they looked nice...was a bit much

Ordered a pizza for take-out on their app. My wife and I arrived and checked in about about 3 minutes before the designated pickup time, and then waited 15 minutes without any further sign from the staff. We finally asked for the status and after waiting another 5 minutes was told they're trying to find our pizza, with no further explanation. After a couple more minutes we said we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. The manager emerged shortly thereafter and said he'd already refunded our order to our credit card, but that the pizza would be out in a couple of minutes. We asked for a paper copy of the refund. After handing me what seemed to be the receipt, we told him we were leaving, but he assured us the pizza would be out to us in 2 minutes. But 2 minutes later, still no pizza. My guess is that they never started our order until we checked in. So we left. Later at home I looked closer at the paper receipt and rather than a refund, it just listed the order charges!!! And I could see no refund processed on the credit card online. I then attempted to call the restaurant, but all you get is an automated system where you wait in vain for some actual live human to respond. Cannot imagine ever ordering from this place again.

Went as a large group and service was awesome. The spoons were all different which was disturbing. Probably better places

First time here, front door was closed with no indications that the access is from the rear door, the ambience is ok, low light, service was top notch, the Lou's pizza - not so much. Expected it to be better than Giordano's. But gk was Pretty disappointing Will try again after a few months. Lots of parking, easy to find

No wait. Maître d' was awesome, the servers were friendly and attentive. We ordered a plain cheese to share. The pizza we ordered came out fast, but was a bit overpriced for the quality of the actual pie. The dough was somewhere between pan and new York style. I'd like if the dough had a bit more flavor/malt, cheese:sauce ratio was good.

I had to jump at the opportunity to try the new Lou and Mike’s hot honey collaboration starting National Deep Dish Pizza Day, 4/05. It also has a new special cupped pepperoni, sausage and giardiniera. Delivery was promptly on time after ordering earlier using their new and improved app. Gonna have to try the honey on their wings before it’s gone.

First time time there and it was so good. I made a reservation for 5pm, it wasn't busy at all. We got seated right away. Originally when I seen 30 minute for deep dish I was a little reluctant, because patience is not my kids strongest characteristic. But it passed so fast was no longer then any other restaurant in my opinion. My husband and I shared a medium deep dish it was wonderful but we should have went with a small. After being in a car for 3 hours and a dry hotel we were some thirsty people. Like really thirsty I don't think we ever had so many refills. But our waitress who I can't remember her name but had red hair, fancy nails and sparkle make up kept up we our needs. The food and service were great I would return.
