A good experience, but nothing to write home about. First, someone at our table ordered water and there was something in it. The food was so-so and not very hot.
Very nice experience. Waited was very knowledgeable and gave great service. We will be back soon! Thank you! The lady I believe it was the manager, checked on tables and was amiable.
The server was not attentive. The worst service I have ever received. Would not go back nor recommend anyone to the Oak Brook location.
Great server. Very pleasant and even though it was busy he did not make us seem rushed and took time to check on us often. Order a salad when you're waiting for deep dish to cook. It takes time. Salads are all good.
We were in the far east room that has the rolling open doors for in the summertime. Apparently the heat was not working in this room. They didn't mention anything to us when we were seated. As it got cooler and cooler after we took our coats off, we realized other people were eating with their coats on. We asked if we could be moved to another area of the restaurant where it was warmer and we were told we would have to wait for a table to become available (even though there were open tables). We ended up eating with our coats on too. Not the best situation!
The staff was wonderful - super nice, attentive, helpful...an excellent experience. It was relatively quiet when we went (Wednesday lunch), so there was no wait. Deep dish does take about 30 minutes, so be prepared for a bit of a wait, but they have appetizers, salads, and other items that you can order while you wait. The Margherita Pesto pizza was delicious, as was the Classic sausage.
We loved the salad and the deep dish pizza. Our waitress was very sweet, helpful and friendly.
Great meet and greet with colleagues from California, Florida and Indiana. Noise level was minimal. Nice restaurant for first time deep-dishers.
First time at Lou's. The pizza and service were great. I actually went back recently and enjoyed it just as much. Great deep dish pizza.
It was not what were used to there. The pizza came out and was sitting behind us for a good 5 minutes before the server came to serve it. Drinks were not refilled when empty during our salad.

We ate outside since it was so cold inside. Pizzas were great! The Family size salads are huge - recommend getting the dressing on the side if you have leftovers for the next day
We have enjoyed dining at Lou Malnati's in Oak Brook on two occasions now. We have taken advantage of the delicious and generous Happy Hour menu, plus a caesar salad of course. The food is delicious, the price amazing and the setting and service were great too. If you are planing to come out on a Friday, reservations are recommended.
My wife and I had a good experience. We'll definitely come back if we're in the area. The only thing is, we were hoping they would at least offer a free dessert for someone celebrating special occasions like a birthday or anniversary.
Server was not friendly at all. It was like she had better places to be. Orders came out nearly 20 minutes apart.
This Lous was built on the concept of turning customers. Was there during lunch and it was at most 1/2,full. Sadly, it was almost impossible to have a conversation as the noise in the restaurant was ridiculous. Sooooo noisy people leave to hear themselves. This is a carry out only location...unless you bring megaphones for everyone to use at your table
