This Lous was built on the concept of turning customers. Was there during lunch and it was at most 1/2,full. Sadly, it was almost impossible to have a conversation as the noise in the restaurant was ridiculous. Sooooo noisy people leave to hear themselves. This is a carry out only location...unless you bring megaphones for everyone to use at your table

We've now dined twice and had Sergio twice as a server. He's not attentive. I had to ask twice for a coke for my son. I had to ask several times about a drink menu. Italian margarita was pure salt. Blood Mary was super spicy. We had to ask several times for a menu. Two other servers came by because our drinks were empty and then we had dishes sitting on the table. My son has a lot of food allergies. Both times the pizza was bland. We had asked for a different sauce. Again, server didn't listen. Also was dismissive of allergy concerns. “They've been told about his gluten allergies and all that.” (We've never had a problem at Giordano's). My son said his tummy hurt, again, to the point we finished our meal and then ordered a gluten-free pizza as take out from Giordano's after our meal. We did love the fade painting for kids. She was great. We were told she is there the Saturday before a holiday. Atmosphere is nice but really disappointed, twice now, with the service. It's too bad. It seems to be this particular server.

I moved from the Chicago area to Austin, TX 7 years ago and Lou Malnati's is always on my to do list when I'm in town. I sat at the bar and received excellent service from Maddie. The pizza was great, as always! In fact, my personal pan pizza was so good, I ordered a second one to go.

Amazing service and food!!!!!! Atmosphere was casual and comfy! As someone who has never had Chicago style pizza but was too tired to go downtown I loved the entire experience!

Excellent food and service. Was seated right away Lunch special was a mini and a salad. Perfect for lunch. I know sausage is the traditional but the pepperoni was better.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Lou's location. We had reservations and got seated promptly. Service was great and food was also great. Restaurant was clean and liked the decor. We will be back...highly recommend!

Lou's salad is THE BEST enjoyed thier deepdish pizza. Made the reservation - messaged them to start our pizza early so we didn't have to wait so long because we were pressed for time - theater play at 7pm. then messaged them to add 1 more to our party. it was so easy and convenient - they were there waiting for us and our pizza was already cooking.

Was totally looking forward to a nice Valentine's Day dinner with the family. Specifically booked this Lou's because it has been my favorite for years. Specifically booked a bar booth so we could watch the fight- bar booths were all reserved at the time of our reservation. Sat us in the back next to 6 obnoxious foul mouthed, drunk guys spouting expletives next to my kid. Specifically reserved the heart shaped pizza and cookie combo through yelp only to be told that wasn't really a thing and you had to order those items when you arrived. Angry exhausted and rude server. Finally asked for a manager who tried her best to make it right. Even comped most of the dinner but the pizza was runny and not well cooked. Tried to make the best of it but just not at all met my expectations which is fine most nights but specifically wanted this night to be special for my family.

Everything was great! Only thing I mentioned to my husband and cousin was that I was glad my dad and other cousin didn't go because being hearing impaired they would not have heard the conversations with all the background noise
Nice sit down pizza restaurant. Never a wait if u have a reservation. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Tyler was great. Very attentive to our needs. Food was excellent as always. Price was fair for the value. The manager that night was very accommodating to letting us choose where we sit.

Great service and delicious food. Had an enjoyable evening. Got the appetizer sampler and the deep dish with crumbled sausage. Highly recommend.
