I was really excited to get Naf Naf for my lunch today because it’s usually pretty good….not today.
First off, the serving size of rice was embarrassing, but I decided I’ll just add more toppings to make up for their small servings.
I have gone to chipotle and naf naf countless times and have never seen such a poor excuse for a serving of chicken. The worker put 3 pieces of meat in the pita and that’s when I realized I should have went with the bowl. Moving on from that nightmare, I paid $3 for cold fries. Naf naf, do you like cold fries?
Please don’t ask me to provide more details because there aren’t more—Do better!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the worst location! I went here to get 3 chicken shawarma sandwiches the guy working there put 5 pieces of chicken in my sandwiches. He gave me the least amount of chicken even after I asked him multiple times to add more. This is Chipotle 2.0 I’ll be sure to share my experience with EVERYONE I know. Read the recent reviews this is an on going problem

Interesting experience, was a walk in customer. I was greeted a question- are you here for pickup? Fair enough, he was multitasking on his phone... Replied no, I am here to order. Attendant walked away. I turned around and left. With one customer in the dining area I would have expected a different reception and a cleaner dining area.

Well I ordered two plates through uber eats, both plates arrived with little to no meat, and on top of that I was up all night/morning in the restroom with food poisoning, I’ve gotten a refund from uber eats but I thought to still leave a review, eating the food i ordered from here was the only thing different so it couldn’t have been from something else, luckily for my wife she only sampled her plate she didn’t like what she tasted at all and she ended up with a bad stomach ache all night as well. Very disappointing, I use to work at a restaurant chain in San Diego called the kebab shop even after I no longer worked there I would still eat there, the food there is amazing, if you’re reading this and ever find yourself in San Diego check them out you won’t regret it, I miss that restaurant so much, anyway as for naf naf grill how disappointing, the food in the photo was how it looked when it arrived barely any food on the plate especially for 16$ you’d think they’d put a little more✌🏽 & the food was bland asf

We stumbled on Naf Naf while looking for a quick place for lunch in Elmhurst. Food was outstanding - quite tasty! Definitely recommend if you find a Naf Naf Grill in the western suburbs.
Ariana gave us excellent service which is rare to see at fast food restaurants these days. My son was so happy with the meal and we loved ours as well. Fresh ingredients and great options.

I used naf naf catering to cater a party of 40 people. The catering ordering option doesn't allow much customization. You put in the number of people and they give you food based on their predetermined weight. We ordered falafel and for each person they budget 5 falafels but only a half pita! Additionally, for 40 people they gave me one small square container of harissa sauce and some small square container of the s'khug sauce. The measurements of food is way off. I had so many extra falafels and lettuce and ran out of pita, sauce and hummus. If I added more "people" to my order, I'd have a ridiculous amount of leftover falafel in order to get the right amount of other food. They also forgot to give me the extra garlic sauce I ordered, but did refund me afterwards. That only added to the chaos of too little sauce during my event. Also, lastly, they give you the food in canvas bags. It kept falling over, the salad opened up and leaked everywhere. For this many items, food should be packed in boxes so it can be kept upright in the car. Naf Naf did not provide an easy stress free catering option from spilled food to missing sauces and uneven proportions, this is not a good catering option. Although the food was fine, I would not go with them again.
