I was really excited to get Naf Naf for my lunch today because it’s usually pretty good….not today.
First off, the serving size of rice was embarrassing, but I decided I’ll just add more toppings to make up for their small servings.
I have gone to chipotle and naf naf countless times and have never seen such a poor excuse for a serving of chicken. The worker put 3 pieces of meat in the pita and that’s when I realized I should have went with the bowl. Moving on from that nightmare, I paid $3 for cold fries. Naf naf, do you like cold fries?
Please don’t ask me to provide more details because there aren’t more—Do better!

Never coming back here again. The food was cold - Cold rice, No taste, small portion size, little to no meat in the plate. Worst experience ever.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the worst location! I went here to get 3 chicken shawarma sandwiches the guy working there put 5 pieces of chicken in my sandwiches. He gave me the least amount of chicken even after I asked him multiple times to add more. This is Chipotle 2.0 I’ll be sure to share my experience with EVERYONE I know. Read the recent reviews this is an on going problem

Interesting experience, was a walk in customer. I was greeted a question- are you here for pickup? Fair enough, he was multitasking on his phone... Replied no, I am here to order. Attendant walked away. I turned around and left. With one customer in the dining area I would have expected a different reception and a cleaner dining area.
