SGD Dubu So Gong Dong Korean Bento & BBQ

So good! Can't wait to go back. Awesome place tucked away in a corner. 100% recommend

It looks like a counter-service place, but is sit down. They don't have a super extensive menu, but what they do, they do incredibly well. My seafood bibimbop in a stone bowl was perfect (I added an egg for that gooey goodness). My guy got the chicken version of the same thing, and my kid got a pork bulgogi bento box. Box came with 3-pc appetizer (shrimp, spring roll, and pot sticker), plus vegetable rice noodles, and white rice. The sides that were offered were amazing (kimchi, pickled cucumbers, daikon radish, marinated tofu, and corn salad, along with spicy gochuchang and a smokier version of gochuchang and a sweet soy-based sauce as well). Service was excellent, meal sizes were huge, and everything was so, so tasty!

I strongly recommend not eating here.
The manager refused to accept my gift card.
The manager was rude, inexperienced and lacked
basic customer service skills.
Seemed like the manager was not happy to work there
and didnt want to be there to welcome customers.

What an excellent eating experience!! The waiter was friendly and seemed to anticipate our requests. It was my first time in a Korean restaurant and I was glad that my son accompanied me and explained the various foods and choices. It was SO comfortable and enjoyable! The food was AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional eating experience!!

Very delicious Banchan - kimchi and radish specially. No wonder the meals were tasty too! We had bibimbap tofu and chicken and a bento box. All three were amazing. There are multiple vegetarian options as well.
