The food is great and the workers are nice but your drive-thru is extremely slow especially when it gets busy. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to pick up my order

Went in for an online order. Got half the order fairly quick waited another 40 minutes for a bagel and cream cheese toasted. The cream cheese is open. So unless you are only getting donuts and coffee everything else takes way to long. Also watching an employee touch there face just about every 2 minutes because there glasses slide down there face and never wash their hands is gross. Will not order again any time soon.

We had day(s) old double chocolate,cherry and chocolate mint.Not best dessert.Too gooey inside and greasy.Cherry donut ok.The dozen came with assortment of vanilla creme filling that was runny .. Nice place to study.

Out of standard donuts and all gluten free donuts.

This place was ranked #8 in the top ten donut spots to visit. It was close to our spot so I have it a shot. They're not terrible but I see why they are #8.

The donuts are amazing. The service is a joke. If you order online and go in to pick it up, you will stand under the online order pickup sign for 20 minutes being completely ignored by everyone behind the counter. If you go through the drive thru to pick it up, you’ll sit in line for 20 minutes, tell them your name at the order screen, wait in line another 10 minutes, tell them your name again at the pickup window, have them repeat back a few random orders that are NOT yours, tell them your name again a couple more times, before they find your order sitting on a shelf 6 inches from their face. It’s as if online ordering and pickup is some revolutionary concept that DD, Starbucks, and every other food establishment hasn’t had figured out for the past decade.

Donuts are great but service is absolutely terrible every time I go to this location. Do not order online. They will act like you’re invisible when you walk up to the online order pickup sign. I stood there staring at them for 20 minutes before someone finally had the awareness to ask what if I was waiting on an order. My order had been sitting on a shelf back there the entire time I was waiting. If they had even decent customer service skills then I wouldn’t have had to waste my time in there. Absolutely terrible experience.

Take out two glaze donuts and a cup of hot coffee the coffee was cold and when I told the young lady she asked what did I want her to do make a fresh pot Wow just keep it thanks but no thanks $8.+ For crappy food and service
