Stan's Donuts & Coffee

3.5 stars. Recommend going early when the donuts are fresh.

It is not the old-fashioned donut from your mom and pop era. But down they are good and they are decent size!

I certainly was eating with my eyes when we first went inside Stan's donuts esp flavors I haven't had.
The donuts are pricier than what I would normally buy. "Standards" were $2.30 but we picked mostly "specialty"s @$3.30 and "dough boys best" @$4.30, cruffins @~ $6. Since we were just visiting, thought of it as a treat to bring back home.
Taste-wise, most were on the too-sweet side. 1/2 was ok for me. Except for the biscoff and cruffins which were good. Not enough fillings though. 3.5 for the donuts.
Added points for the ambiance. Like an old school diner with high tops, booths and some more comfy chairs so wouldn't mind sitting there for a bit.

Asked google where there was a Star Bucks and it directed us to “Star Bucks” next to Wendy’s and of course when we got there it was Stan’s donuts? . When walking in we could tell that it was once a Star Bucks (based off the shell of the coffee shop, etc.. Not a bad thing. Customer service was excellent. We purchased vanilla sprinkles, glazed , toasted plain bagel with cream cheese and to vanilla lattes. The vanilla sprinkle was outstanding (like if it was made five minutes before we walked in) the Glazed was excellent but we loved the vanilla sprinkles more. Bagel was ok, nothing to write home about. The coffee was really good. You guys should look at opening one in downtown Naperville!! Overall a double thumbs up- thank you for the great experience.

Love this location! Very clean and staff is friendly. Obviously the donuts are all amazing I was super excited to try the Affy Tapple donut and it was 10/10 loved it!

I am sucker for marketing & packaging and this donut/coffee shop had me buying things I would never buy! Whoever designed this place…

The caramel coffee flavor tasted awful. They were out of every donut we wanted and the ones we ended up getting were dry and stale

Damn good. Never disappoints. Not a cheap donut shop, but Quality and variety do cost more. Loved it.

I don’t know what is up with this particular location, but every time I have ordered a drink here, they screw it up and then give you a hassle when you ask them to fix their mistake. And the last 2 times I have ordered their cruffins, they were burnt instead of the nice brown other locations sell. Do yourself a favor and choose another location.

Inconsistant. I come to this location a few times a week and have previously redeemed my points to get the strawberry oatmilk macha latte. I have done this a few times without issue, but when I went in today to redeem my points its suddenly a problem because the item is "seasonal" and no other explaination was given. Whats the point in saving up the points and spending money here if I can't even get the one item off the menu I come in to get? The pricing is expensive as is, so theres really no point in coming in anymore. Stick with Starbucks, at least their rewards points are clear.
