Reached close to closing time and found very few good donuts. They were out of doughboy donuts, Whatever they had was dry and stale. At almost $3 each, these donuts were pretty pathetic. We ended up throwing out a couple of them.

The Tiramisu Frappe is like a liquid Tiramisu. It is heavenly. This place smells insanely delicious. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. 5 stars, wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

The drive thru guy said you can’t customize the coffee in the combo option. Coffee was burnt and the hot food was not good and the hash brown was lukewarm warm. You know when you heat up food to fast? . They were out of keto at 7am. I trashed the whole thing. Nothing like the Chicago stores.

My son and I had passed this by, and finally decided to stop in. I could tell by the aroma that the donuts were going to be super sweet and the coffee was going to be interesting.The donuts were cakey and sweet. We got 6 different flavors, but it was hard to tell the difference since sugar and flour were the most predominant flavors. The coffee seemed to be a mix of dark roast and Maxwell House. Price wise, it was a couple of dollars more than Dunkin Donuts. It reminded me of the Tim Horton franchise from Michigan.My son owes me a run to Dunkin Donuts.Kid-friendliness: Cases low enough for kids to see the choices.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wide aisles and ample handicap parking.

I’ve been patronizing this business all week, and received a nasty latte via Uber eats this morning. The taste wasn’t consistent with the previous lattes ordered. I had to leave work to travel to your business to get it corrected. Stood in line and spoke with the manager and advised that I wasn’t pleased with the taste, and she opened the coffee, smelled it, and proceeded to go back and forth with me about it. They remade it, but no apologies or anything for my inconvenience for having to travel back up there. Won’t be back.
I don't know what they sprinkle in these donuts but they are magical. So fresh and the flavors taste real, no artificial junk. Totally worth the price.

I wanted to send a HUGE shout out to Dion, general manager of the Oakbrook Terrace location. A few weeks ago I put in a large order for my daughter's birthday party. I was expecting to have around 72 donuts and two boxes of coffee delivered at 9am on a Saturday. Apparently there was an issue or glitch of some kind with the third party who manages online ordering/delivery. I received an email at 4am the morning of my daughter's party that my order was cancelled as a result. I called the Oakbrook Terrace location at 6am in a panic and Dion saved the day! He put in my order manually, ran the payment without issue, and got the order out for a 9:00am delivery. Not only that but he was kind, understanding, and very tolerant of a woman panicking about donuts at 6am. Thank you, thank you Dion!Kid-friendliness: The mini-donuts are perfect for little hands. Plus, they are cute!

I went thru drive thru & ordered a sausage, egg & cheese classic & a Frappuccino. Waited in drive thru at the window about 10 minutes for the sandwich once I got down the street, I had someone else sandwich had to turn around and go back. Was giving a refund and the sandwich was ready in a minute. Now I'm skeptical about eating the sandwich not knowing if it was giving to me after giving to the wrong guess or was reheated. But the sandwich was horrible and I didn't eat it.
