Horrific customer service, they took my order which was about 5 pieces and gave me 4 of them. When I asked about the remaining piece they told me I didn't order it. I showed them the receipt and the billing from my card and then after that they told me that this item is not available, they didn't return my money nor gave me the product. Worst Starbucks point ever.

This was my first time at this location and Julie/Julia (can’t remember lol) was quite delightful. Very good customer service, pleasant, personable and overall friendly. She makes you want to return to this store. 😊

Very nice place to get together. However, there needs to be a better system for watching the cash register and getting names on the cups. Not really a place if you want calm (at least the 15ish times I've been there). Still, it's a clean and inviting place.

I waited for a cup of coffee for 20 minutes…update: They prepared the wrong order after 20 minutes, and I had to wait another 10 minutes.

Ordered a white chocolate mocha. 30 seconds after I paid it was ready. I knew something was wrong right there. It tasted so weak after adding an extra espresso shot. It wasn't hot. Maybe like lukewarm.

Service was terrible, music was too loud could hardly hear yourself think, I ordered 2 venti decafe coffees which I asked if they had has this place seems to run out alot. They said yes I walked to the end of the counter to wait I saw the guy make the 1st cup then pour out made a 2nd and 3rd cup brought it to me and I asked if decade rudely he responded yes I asked why did he pour it out and remake it then. We'll I said ok brought it home and gave a cup to my wife who is very sent caffeine after 3 m/4 sips she started getting very shaking feeling , I'm not sure they gave me caffeine coffe but after drinking my coffee and finishing my wifes who was still feeling shaky I felt like I could run a marathon. So with that being said rude staff and maybe a caffeine debacle and xtermly loud music doubt I'll visit oak brook terrace starbucks anytime soon

I have made an order at this Starbucks via drive through, there is a turn which goes directly to the pickup window which skips the intercom. Not knowing that, I took that dreadful turn and arrived at the pickup window. I have explained the situation to the person at the window, and, they did take the order for 2 Frappuccinos. 3 minutes later a different person came to the window and apologized about my order, supposedly they ran out of whip cream, and every single ingredient they needed to make 2 different Frappuccinos. I said okay, and asked for a refund. And did a mobile order for those same exact drinks at this same Starbucks location, which went through without issues and my drinks were made for me 7 minutes later. Now you know why this location gets 1 star. No people skills, maybe some discrimination against me and my significant other? Maybe something even deeper and worse than that. The worst experience I had in the last 7 years.

I used the drive thru early in the morning the other day and ordered a coffee, but had an issue with the Starbucks app. Gina was the person taking the orders/cashiering and she helped me with my order. She was very friendly and I got my order right away! Amazing customer service!!

Location should be open at 6am arrive at 6:34 just to be ignored by the 2 employees inside , then I drive around to the drive thru no responde at the speaker ,,,

Then drive to window and the irritated employee says sorry we open at 6:45 am ,,, I asked so you open at 6:45 or should be open at 6am and she just responded 6:45
