Expensive pre made heat up food with stupid hours of operation
I got a chicken Caesar salad and a big pour of red wine for dinner and then oatmeal and a coffee for breakfast. I was really craving some kind of pasta and hoped they had something along those lines but they didn’t. Hence the salad. The salad was good enough but that and the wine were a bit overpriced for what it was. The oatmeal was really good and well priced. I ordered it and was given it quite quickly, which was great because I was in a bit of a rush. Overall, a nice vibe and friendly staff.

Very nice, spacious, cool
I enjoyed my great nieces birthday party pool party and I had a blast. Thank you for your hospitality 😊
Pros: Good location, clean, attentive staff (except maids), good beds, quiet Cons: No complimentary continental breakfast, asked for room service, was asked what I specifically needed and just dropped off towels on the bathroom sink’s counter, didn’t pick up used towels. Shower drain didn’t work fast enough so I was ankle deep in water when showering. Garbage cans in room are two small in capacity. We had to dump our own trash. Coffee in room was a dark roast hot mess. If you wanted coffee, you had to buy it from the Starbucks by the bar. Again, what happened to a medium roast of breakfast blend. Had to ask for t-bags.
Stayed here one night before driving into the city. The remodeled room was nice and clean, the outside looked a little odd. No real amenities. It was a low point redemption and was satisfied with my stay. Great place to crash for a night. Oak brook mall and many restaurants nearby.
We stayed 2 nights and had 2 rooms. The hotel lobby was very clean and inviting. The front desk manager was very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a courtyard view with one of the rooms and it looked nice with a fire pit and sitting areas. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again.
We came here for a quick weekend visit. It was our second stay. I've had issues with other hotels in this area. This is our #1 pick. It's in a great area. It's quiet and safe. The rooms are always clean. We had a room discrepancy upon check-in that was not the hotel's fault. Nick, the general manager went out of his way to solve it and we were 100% happy with our accommodation. Will be booking this hotel again when we come to visit the area!
Worst customer service. unclean. I have stayed three times and have consistently had a terrible experience. there are several other better hotels in the area. most unprofessional staff i have ever experienced

As a Titanium Member, I was blown away by the extremely high level of customer service from Laura today. I observed her check-in two people as if they were they were part of the Royal Family. I also received the same high quality service! Laura is certainly General Manager material, and should be considered for a General Manager position. She should also be considered for a corporate trainer position with Marriott. I am so impressed with her. She is truly an example of high class and high quality management!!!
The room was okay it didn’t have an iron and had to wait for about an hour the staff was few and there was a bug in my bathroom and service was limited the pool was permanently closed not sure why the view was good overall looking Chicago the cost was ok
The hotel looks like an old converted drive-up motel. It is outdated and laid out oddly. The room had a minor musty odor, and the furniture was average. The restroom was nice, but poor lighting at the sink. It is best to find your room and then park your car outside the sliding glass door of the room for a sense of security about the vehicle. No complimentary breakfast, which is OK, but also no complimentary coffee. The window air-conditioner was loud. It appeared when the employees took a break, they went to their vehicles and played the music loudly, which came through the sliding glass door as if it was open. This happened several times in one evening. The hotel is way overpriced for the value, even in Chicago. I would not stay there again.
I've been searching for a hotel to stay in this area that wasn't $300 a night or that didn't need major updating..this hotel is it! You feel very safe as it's in a corporate area. The hotel is actually quite large. Check-in was a breeze. We actually went down to the lobby to play games and enjoyed all of the comfortable seating. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Parking was very convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We haven't ever stayed here before and were happy with the stay. We have stayed in several area hotels and this one was nice. We would stay here again in the future. Breakfast bistro ladies were great. Plenty of parking and a quiet area. The fitness room was also fine. Pool looked inviting, we didn't use it. No major issues during the stay.
