I got a chicken Caesar salad and a big pour of red wine for dinner and then oatmeal and a coffee for breakfast. I was really craving some kind of pasta and hoped they had something along those lines but they didn’t. Hence the salad. Pros: Good location, clean, attentive staff (except maids), good beds, quiet Cons: No complimentary continental breakfast, asked for room service, was asked what I specifically needed and just dropped off towels on the bathroom sink’s counter, didn’t pick up used towels. Shower drain didn’t work fast enough so I was ankle deep in water when showering. Garbage cans in room are two small in capacity. We had to dump our own trash. Stayed here one night before driving into the city. The remodeled room was nice and clean, the outside looked a little odd. No real amenities. It was a low point redemption and was satisfied with my stay. Great place to crash for a night. Oak brook mall and many restaurants nearby.
