I want to Wendy's for my lunch I only have a 30 minutes for lunch. Got in the Drive-Thru ordered my lunch and got back to my desk at work. I ordered a chick a spicy chicken sandwich combo. Opened it up start eating it and taste weird looked at the chicken and it was raw as all hell. So I called the restaurant and talk to the manager and told her what happened. I said immediately look at the rest of the chicken and see if it's cooked. She said she will and she says I'll put your name down and come back to the restaurant will give you a reorder of your meal. The manager was very understanding and very polite. I will give her a 10 out of 10 stars for having great customer service. I ordered my food about 12:00 I went back there around 4:30 after work. When I walked in and said who I was immediately she said I got you. Awesome customer service thank you guys.

I would occasionally come for lunch. The times I do and don’t check my food before leaving they ALWAYS forget something. Number 1 rule for this location is to ALWAYS CHECK your bag before driving.

I came in around 10:45am and ordered a Jr. Cheese burger with a Sr. Pineapple lemonade and they were both fantastic. The manager Mark is too. I always come to this location because the food and service is just great. I'd recommend this location to anybody. Keep up the great work guys. 😊

I tried the Son of Baconattor because the commercials looked so good. The sandwich I received didn't look anything like the commercials. It tasted good but I wanted the sandwich I saw on the commercials.

The guys behind the counter were really nice. Food was great. But only two ketchup packets for my fries? Next time I'll ask for extra.

Went through the drive thru and when I got to the window was told to come inside for my simple double stack and fries. What's the point? Food is terrible and they are so slow. The employees don't care and have terrible service. This location was alright a year ago, seems they brought it a bunch of employees who couldn't get wori anywhere else. I hope this gets some attention as no one should have to put up with this.

Served RAW CHICKEN!!!!!! RAW MEAT!!!! Rude and lack of empathy from the employees. They didn’t care I got served raw chicken by them. If I can give it zero stars I would or negative stars . This Wendy’s is the worst in quality of food and hospitality. The customer service is non existent there. I had got served raw chicken and I have photos to prove it. How those a place like that serve raw meat you would think they have timers for the cookers. After I took a few bites I realized something was off. The chicken was raw. I pray I don’t get sick from that or anything bad happens. I went back to the Wendy’s and spoke to the manager. But as soon as I got back there and it was 8:45pm the lobby doors were closed. There was a young employee emptying the trash cans and he could see me as I was knocking on the door. Wondering why the doors were locked so soon. I continue to knock on the doors and he’s ignoring me. After a while he’s like signaling me to go to drive through and I was like no! After he comes and finally lets me in and he’s like yes??? I told him I’m back here cause I was served raw chicken: he looked at me dumbfounded. I asked why the doors were closed he said idk. I said what you mean you don’t know. And then he tells me it’s cause lobby is closed. Mind you it’s 8:45 pm. I asked what time the lobby closes to the employee and again he looks at me dumbfounded and says I don’t know with earbuds in. Then the manager comes around to me cause I had called beforehand to complain about revolting matter or being served raw chicken. I asked the manager what time the lobby closes and he says 10pm. I’m like okay it’s 8:45 why are the doors closed now. He says cause a person called off. Mind you there’s about 7 employees on staff in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing . Some were on there phones. The lot was completely empty . Not busy whatsoever. Manager asks me if I want my order remade. And I said no!! In no way will I ever trust them or that place again after serving a person raw chicken. You can seriously make a person ill like that and give them food poisoning. The lack of care from the employees about the well being of other people. And lack of respect and empathy, customer service from the employees at that location in oak Brook terrace.

Average fast food join with dated exterior. The app asks you twice before placing the order to make sure it's ready when you get here but it isn't and then they hastily make your food its too hot & when bite into it you burn your mouth from the hot oil still dripping from the chicken
