Stopped while traveling on Christmas Day and were happy to see that they were open. I ordered and wanted to try the new bacon grilled cheeseburger. Unfortunately, as we were heading down I-74, I found out that our order was either made wrong or (most likely) bagged incorrectly and someone else was enjoying my sandwich (at least I hope they enjoyed it). We were too far down the road to turn back, so I settled for the burger, which was fine. We we're just grateful that they were there to feed us as we continued on our journey. Happy holidays.

Could be better.... Service was friendly, but in the back .... Come on, I ordered 2 Mushroom Swiss burgers, and got maybe 1/2 a tablespoon of mushroom and sauce???? 1 bun had a very hard bottom.... Fries were good, but really guys, do better on them burgers...

During our order I ordered a Bacon Cheesburger with no onions on it while the others got some other sandwiches I don’t know what. When we looked, we didn’t get any sauce in the bag, my burger had no bacon which made me sad, but other than that the service was calm and the worker was nice to talk to. Atmosphere was clean and was a place to enter and order without a mess. So… there are some things this place can work on which to be honest is compared to McDonalds in Shenandoah Iowa.

We stopped at this Love's/Hardee's for gas and a quick lunch. While we ate, we observed an unruly customer berating the ladies who were preparing & packaging the orders. The place was busy and this guy was angry that his food wasn't ready. He was nasty and inappropriate. Ezekiel was taking orders and addressed the unruly customer in a calm and firm manner. He told the guy that he needed to calm down and that his treatment of the ladies was inappropriate and would not be tolerated. The nasty guy continued to mouth off and Ezekiel stopped his work at the register, calmly maintained eye contact with the mouthy guy, who was older and bigger than he, and emphatically told the man he needed to stop, that his food was being freshly prepared, would be out soon and he needed to stop. The jerk mutter for a while but backed down, was handed his food and stormed out. Ezekiel may be the manager but if he isn't, he should be. I asked for his name so I could commend him here. If I still owned a business I'd offer him a job.

Cashier got my order right. Grill did not. Another worker was very rude to me as he kept reading my order wrong. Another lady (maybe th manager) came out and said she would make my order. Still was wrong. This was my order... double hamburger with ketchup, mayo, pickle and tomato. Not to hard...?
This Hardee’s has to be the most unfriendly place I’ve personally been in a long while. There must be something in the water, because every employee looked like they were slogging through the mire of life—like joy had been outlawed and they were serving penance in the form of lukewarm burgers.

It's usually a crap shoot going to this place. This time I lost! Tried the pulled pork promo burger, and it was really poor. Instead of pulled pork as you would think of, it was a pork patty with BBQ sauce and a couple of pickle slices. No onion rings or whatever was supposed to be on it. Pretty poor taste, and not even everything that was supposed to be on it Looked at hardee's web site and i still don't know what's supposed to be on this sandwich. Skip it and best of luck on something else.
