BEST STEAK EVER!! Let’s just say that first! The day started off rocky due to the abundance of flies on the outside patio but after being moved inside it was better. We waited a long time for our food but the owner graciously made a monetary concession for it. The food was great. Some appetizers a bit pricey but overall it was really good.

If someone asked me where to go for a great steak I would tell them 1818 Chophouse. Amazing atmosphere and staff just make everything that much better. I really cannot say enough good things about them. This is now my go to place when I want a great steak and amazing service.

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. Great food and great customer service. Appeared to be best steakhouse in the area. Really liked the menu options and portions. Reasonable prices snd kid options. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

Everything was awesome. My waiter was amazing, very informational, great recommendations, good sense of humor, and quick. Presentation of food was good and food was great and fulfilling. Everyone was so friendly and nice.

The steak and potato soup, steak, scallops, and lobster were all absolutely delicious. The service was also amazing and me and my husband had a great time.

It was mostly good. I think I might've just had too high of an expectation from all our steakhouse eating in CO. Ha. We started with the crab cakes, which were yummy. I then got the halibut special and my hubby got the N.Y. strip special and we got a side of the creamed corn. Caesar salads were delicious. Bread was delicious. Hubby said the strip was good, mashed potatoes were ok. Creamed corn was weird, it tasted like corn inside of mac n cheese sauce. My halibut was cooked well, but didn't have a lot of flavor. So I had to eat it bite by bite with the risotto it came with. For desert we ordered the peanut, Carmel, brownie, with ice cream. Not good. Brownie was super dry. Would I go back; maybe for the crab cakes, and hubby would for the steak special. Couldn't beat $20 for a 12oz strip, potatoes, and salad. But just for me, unfortunately, probably not. Thanks to the staff though!
The waiter, Steve I think, was great. My wife and I normally don't eat at places like this. Really our first time at a nicer restaurant. The atmosphere, staff, and food were great. The bacon wrapped dates, the porterhouse, bread, and salad did not disappoint. Will for sure be returning in the future.

1st time there. Anthony our server was fantastic. The goat cheese bacon rapped dates where a flavor explosion. The drinks where spot on I had the Zombie Apocalypse. The stakes where cooked to perfection.

The waiter, Steve I think, was great. My wife and I normally don't eat at places like this. Really our first time at a nicer restaurant. The atmosphere, staff, and food were great.
