I love the location. Downtown O'Fallon is so lovely. Very easy to see why they have such a high rating. I ordered the cesar salad and loaded fries. I thought both were delicious. The food is not badly priced at ALL considering how good and fresh everything tasted. The two ladies working the crowded dining room worked so hard to take care of everyone. Our food came out quickly despite the crowd. I'd love to come back.

I eat at 1st Street Lounge at least once a week, and it never disappoints. The burgers are always tasty, and the staff is incredibly friendly and down-to-earth. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in.
The prices are more than fair, which makes it an easy choice when I want something good without spending a ton. If you're looking for a quick lunch that feels like a real meal—not fast food—this is definitely the place to go.

Everything was great. The husband and I both had burgers and fries. We were taken care of right away, and there wasn't a long wait for food at all. Would definitely go back.
The food is okay. The service is good but takes a while for food if busy. The restaurant is VERY small and if full you’re going to be waiting a while and loud music is playing through the speakers but they have decreased the volume when asked. The food is very EXPENSIVE.
Parking: Parking is fine. IF busy downtown then your going to have to park at city hall.
