Everything is always wonderful from the time you walk in until you leave. The service is top notch, we have had the same server all 3 times we have been there and she is fabulous! She helped us pick a wine and she was spot on with exactly what we wanted. The food is always consistently perfect! Excellent cuts for the steak, cooked perfectly. Love the salads. Atmosphere is very nice.

The customer service is terrible!

This is our go to restaurant when we want great service and steaks that melt in your mouth. They have a wide variety of options to chose from but they are well known for their steaks and that reputation is deserved! Three of us ordered the 8oz filet and one ordered the Ribeye. They were all done exactly as we ordered. I have never eaten a better tasting or more tender filet. Outstanding just doesn’t do it justice. Andrias never disappoints with great food and super service

We took our daughter and son in law there to celebrate and was totally disappointed. Waitress messed up the order and when she delivered the correct steak, it was served on a plate of grease. This told me that it wasn't grilled , just out in a pan with oil and fried. Very upsetting that you spend over $300 on a meal for your family to say they will take it home and feed it to their dog. Waitress never came back to ask how about the meal, just dropped bill off. Discussed with hostess and expected a call from the owner and that never happened. If you want an excellent steak with phenomenal service, take the drive to Popeyes Chophouse in st. Rose, Il. Your puppy WON'T be eating steak that night!!

Prime Rib very tasty, steaks seasoned well

Absolutely the best steaks in the Midwest. We celebrated a birthday and ordered the filets. Cooked exactly as we ordered. So tender and the flavor was outstanding. This restaurant is well known for having excellent food and the reputation is well earned. And our server was great. You will never be disappointed choosing Andrias!

The best steak sauce marinade in the world!!

We have not been here for many years but decided to come as Charlie Brennan, local radio personality has been raving about eating here and their hamburgers. Four of us went for happy hour and sat in the bar. We had excellent service, sorry do not have name. Drinks were brought to table immediately and there was follow up for refills. We had the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and were going to due burgers. Three of us did them. They were tasty but left a little lacking. There was no pickle, tomato, onion, etc offered, no pickles available after asking. We had to ask for ketchup and mayo. The steakcut fries were excellent as was the breaded zucchini. The kicker is that one backed off the burger and ordered the large, 24 oz, prime rib medium rare. It was a beautiful cut of meat, fixed as ordered, so tender and tasty. He did share a slice or two with me, WOW. I am already looking towards here for our families Christmas/New Years dinner based on the service and that prime rib alone.

My husband and I have been going to Andrias for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. We decided to go for our anniversary on Jun 22, 2021. Our experience was not as expected. Our waitress really showed no interest, didn’t talk about specials, our wait between servings was unusually long. People around us had come and gone before we had finished. I ask the young man who brought our water if I could get a cup of coffee, in the past that was always a good experience, the coffe I got was barely warm and tasted strong like it had been sitting for hours. I had to ask about dessert, usually that is presented or at least ask if we wanted dessert. When I ask about dessert, she said oh what do you want? I said I didn’t know what was available. Our waitress was Monica, maybe she was just having a bad day. I will say the food was excellent. But I did miss the service we have always gotten in the past.

The best steak sauce marinade in the world!!

Tonight I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever had with tenderloin. The salad was top notch and fried zucchini was delicious along with the fresh rolls. Awesome place and awesome service!
