Bella Milano in O'Fallon privides an excellent dining experience. I have been there twice in recent months and all dishes sampled were excellent. For both visits, I had two family members along so we have had several appetizers and main dishes. The food, service and ambiance are excellent.

Another wonderful meal last night from Bella Milano. The chicken spedini was outstanding — Perfect amount of lemon, white wine, garlic, and breadcrumbs on very tender chunks of chicken breast… my husband’s lasagna was delicious, hearty, and a good value at $18. The shrimp Napoli appetizer had a tasty sauce with just a hint of heat/kick. My family loved the toasted ravioli and cannoli too. I did have to wait 20 mins past my pick-up time, but Ethan and Vivienne were courteous, informative, helpful and handled my large carryout order quite well. We will be back soon!

90+ minutes to get served in a half empty restaurant on a Monday night. Our drink and appetizer showed up OK, but then we just waited and waited. At 60 minutes, one person got their pizza. At 70 minutes they tell us the kitchen has fallen behind but they were working on ours. At 90 minutes, two salads and a steak are brought out. At 100 minutes, the fifth entree finally brought out. Waitress repeatedly said manager would talk to us but never did. My 94 year old father was with us and a two-hour meal was very tiring for him. Food was good. They knocked off 20% off bill, but they lost several customers tonight.

Salads are excellent. Chicken entrees are fantastic. Pastas a bit overcooked but sauces are good. Service has been not great lately but hopefully turns around.

Over priced for what you get because they know they’re really the only Italian restaurant in town. I’ve been twice now and I’ll only go back for the Cesar salad…that was amazing. But the pasta dishes are blah. Ordered chicken parmigiana for $29 and came with no pasta. I got broccoli, chicken breast with pasta sauce and cheese, and small salad for $29!! First time they gave me 4 pieces of shrimp with my pasta. Shrimp is not that expensive. Food is just okay but way over priced.

We were with the large group to celebrate a function. The staff was wonderful. The food was perfect. It was served as a buffet and it was hot and there was a lot of it. We like going here. We are here often. This is just another great experience at this restaurant.
