you should allow people to order the online deals in person to go if your internet is down and its NOT the customers fault. it should have cost me only $55 for the pick 6 x2 plus free wings. Instead cost me $108 MINUS free wings or drinks. That is ridiculous

After working a 12-hour shift I decided to do a online order and I do understand the fact that they were busy but nothing that I ordered was in my bag only two items that I ordered was in my bag I don't eat pickles they gave me two orders of fried pickles I ordered wedges they were not there I ordered the 15 wings that only got 10 and I was just too tired from working a long shift to drive back to O'Fallon I am so angry that I trust it the servers and even gave them a tip because it was busy but nothing on this ticket says two orders of fried pickles poor customer service

Avoid this buffalo wild wings location. They are very short staffed and even had the bar closed and that section was blocked off. I went there for lunch today and there were barely any people in the restaurant, including employees. We were even warned it would be over 30 minutes before our food came. They blamed it on online ordering when the food came. It was room temperature at best. I will never go to this location again. I even addressed this through the waitress to the manager. They didn't even offer a discount because of the poor service. They wouldn't honor a coupon because it says couldn't be used with other offers. It was simply something off the menu not another offer. Stay away if you don't want to be disappointed. ADDED. It was only one wing shorted but at that price you shouldn’t short me a wing. Can’t count to 10?? Wow

I ordered the bacon patty melt and fries. The food actually tasted great, and the service was solid. But not long after eating, I started feeling really sick. Within an hour, I had full blown food poisoning and ended up throwing up everything I ate.
I want to be clear: I don’t have a sensitive stomach, food allergies, or any dietary restrictions. I can usually eat just about anything without a problem. That’s why it’s frustrating that since moving to Illinois, I’ve gotten food poisoning MULTIPLE times.
I’m leaving this review not to bash the staff (they were kind), but to stress how important proper food handling and cross contamination prevention are. People can get seriously sick when those standards aren’t followed. Please take this seriously! No one should have to get ill after what should’ve been an enjoyable meal.
