Waiting 35 minutes in the drive thru for an online ahead order for one whopper meal is ridiculous! They asked three separate times 1. what we ordered, 2 what was on the whopper, 3 if it was a whopper and a half? Then gave the order without the drink & no explanation for why it took so long. What kind of circus is this place? It was one whopper meal! Unacceptable service!

It's Tuesday Dec 9th and after a long day Christmas shopping we decided to stop at Burger King. Parked and walked to the entrance to find both doors LOCKED and there were people eating in the dining room. What the HELL, the doors are locked at 6:10pm, when the doors say the dining room is open till 11:00.
No wonder Burger King can't keep there restaurants open.

The cashier did get the order wrong, however I was able to get a refund for the stuff I didn’t order. The service was extremely slow. I will not come here again for some time. 35 mins waiting on food when we were first ones here. Cold food. Yeah not a $45 well spent.

He took my order quickly, made sure everything was right, and the food came out fresh and hot. You can tell Jaquan really cares about doing his job well — he’s polite, professional, and keeps things running smoothly even when it’s busy.

It’s rare to get customer service this good at a fast-food spot these days. Because of Jaquan, this location definitely stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back — keep up the great work, Jaquan! 👏🍔👑

Really horrible experience just now, at the drive thru. I order two duo and a trio and your cashier told me she doesn't speak Spanish when I was clearly speaking to her in English. we later proceed to go to the window after she look at us in the car started to dying laughing and getting her coworkers to come and look like we are from the zoo or some I told the cashier I don't understand why she doesn't know what I was ordering when I was speaking to her in English she had a smirk on her face later process to look at my daughter and call her call workers telling her she better comes now before she those something she needs to be really careful dealing with customer specially if she is going to be making threats and been racist.... So people stay away from this place. horrible cashier, Horrible attitude, not sure why they hire ppl like that to work with customers I will be calling corporate next. She needs customer service etiquette asap

Walked in and ears were blasted with nothing but F bombs from staff. Stood for five minutes and was never asked if I needed help or would like to order. More cussing from staff, immediately walked out! Will NEVER return... Little ones should never be subjected to such language in a work place

Usually this location is good, today was terrible. Say in drive thru forever and then still got parked. For an $8 order. Placed the order at 1201 and received it at 1226. Smh!!

I want to know why I was charged $.70 more to get a small soft drinks instead of a coffee for my bkft combo meal. It seems like this location likes to charge extra for everything. A $6.99 meal cost me 8.49!

Waited 20 minutes from the time they took our payment to the time we received our food in the drive through. There was a car in front of us so we had to wait about 5 mins from taking our order to get to the first window where they took our payment.
When we asked how much longer (as we were now late for our daughter’s soccer game), we were met with an extremely rude employee who told the worker at the window to “park him”. We requested a refund because we were late. Another employee came over and said she had just gotten there and would get it sorted out. Once our food was ready the employee who said to “park him” refused to give us our food and made the employee who was actually helpful in getting our food prepared give us our food. We didn’t have a complicated order (a kids meal and two chicken sandwich meals). It should not take 30 mins for a fast food drive through for two cars. Not to mention when we questioned how much longer to be met with such a rude attitude. I appreciate the help the one employee provided, but she should have stepped in after 10 minutes of leaving someone at the window, not 20. I feel sorry for the people in line behind us!! We will definitely be skipping this Burger King from now on.

I visited this Burger King on Wednesday with my two toddlers, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

When we walked in, the dining room floor was completely covered in water from a leaking soda fountain. Neither the staff nor management seemed concerned, even after both of my children slipped and I nearly fell myself.

On top of that, I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order: an 8-count chicken nugget, an 8-count chicken fry, and one medium fry. The restaurant was nearly empty—only one other customer was inside, and he also had to return his food because his burger was freezing cold. Despite checking on my order several times, it was only completed after a long delay, and once I got to my car I realized the fries were missing. This meant I had to go back through the drive-thru, only to receive cold fries.

To make matters worse, while waiting, a staff member kindly offered my children ice cream to make up for the wait, only to then admit they were out. It’s very frustrating to promise something to young children only to disappoint them further.

Between the unsafe conditions, the extremely long wait, the missing/cold food, and the poor service overall, this visit was unacceptable. The staff seemed unmotivated and unprofessional, and the experience left me very displeased.

The doors were locked at 8pm and the employees didn’t want to work. It took me 45 minutes in drive thru. Please close this place down. I’ll call the health department myself.
