i gave a 2 star because their food isn’t bad at all it’s their service that sucks. i did an online order and they told us that they didn’t have the mozzarella fries which is fine but they didn’t even ask if we wanted to change it or if they could get us something else and i get home and i didn’t have any food to eat all they gave me was the fries to the meal i ordered. this is also the third time i’ve gotten a kids meal and they didn’t give me my baby’s juice. i also didn’t get my money back for the food i didn’t even get to have.

Food is really good vs other fast food in the area in my opinion..... They will get some big orders wrong BUT The manager makes sure it's fixed....

It's so Hit or miss when I go here I order mostly online and Pick up. Mornings are no problem usually a short wait and the food is fresh but the coffee is warm at best( paranoid about Serving HOT coffee ?) also the cups used lose a lot heat out the sides. But when it comes to the 10:30 AM till night it really depends on who's working on your food and service are King standard or lowly serf dregs.

Dietary restrictions: pretty restricted if your Diabetic

Showed up at 9:58 to get some food, drive through had cones blocking it, doors were locked. As I was sitting at the door checking for some kind of sign about closing early an employee unlocked the doors and came out. I asked if they were closed he said "yep" turned around relocked the doors. Maybe if your gonna change your hours you should change them online or on your door. Or and maybe this is just my thinking the employees felt like closing up a little early and riding out that clock and in that case maybe the franchise owner should know so they understand why there profits are dipping in the evenings but hey maybe I'm wrong and they had a legit reason for closing early.

Black Friday Special appeared on my Burger King app. "Get a Whopper Jr for free when you order an item for $1 or more". Wife had been sick for 2 days (had to postpone Thanksgiving) and she said she was craving a cheeseburger after not eating anything but chicken noodle soup for over a day. I said I'll order you one on my BK app and I'll get the whopper jr. So I placed the order and it said to come to come to store and pick it up. Drove to store and they handed me the order with nothing but the double cheeseburger I had ordered for her. Explained what I had ordered, and even tried to get the app to pull up the order, but of course it wouldn't give me the order. Staff apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I got on the app and complained to the A.I. that runs BK app but it gave me no satisfaction. Left the store saying I won't be back. Customer service is non-existent at this BK.

I placed an mobile order for this location. I clicked the address on the app and took me to the wrong place. I googled burger king ofallon, il and gave me another address which I went to and wasn't even there. I could find the location for ofallon and canceled my online order and wasted 25 minutes of my time and gas.
Go to the one on fairview. It's on the main street and EASY TO SEE WHERE ITS AT. Just saying.
Oh also is there a way to take off the feature for making the closest bk near me automatic.

I'm so disappointed in this location as it was my favorite. They closed the one in Swansea and Belleville and brought all the bad workers to this location. I went on 11/14 and the service at the front counter was terrible. and when I got home my whopper was smashed. I will never go back. Corporate really need to shop this location.

Even though the food was good even stopping through the drive thru and driving to Scott AFB, I asked about a new food item that had the fried pickle and ranch whopper 😲, she didn't even know it was up there and said, "I...I don't know what that is ma'am". I then proceeded to tell her that it is up here on the menu and I can see it, but to instead give me a regular whopper meal. Not a big fuss about it, but I expect the employees to at least know about their new food items (it is a great opportunity to promote their business and it is a bit encouraging to try different things (I was super excited for the fried pickles and ranch 😅 and I was bummed out about not trying it. Can you just imagine that whopper fresh!?)

Stepped out to answer the phone wasn't done eating. Came back and the person went to throw my food away. I said wasn't done eating. Person said they would make me a new one . I told the person no. And threw everything away. And run out of the restaurant. I felt I threatened and like a pig that's not allowed to come back. This was the location in O'Fallon IL.
Called the Manger felt threatened explaining what happened. Called the district manager left a message. Terrible experience.
