It's good. Super predictable. Seems like protein portion sizes are getting a little smaller and today the croissant was pretty dry. Still tasty. My favorite is the broccoli salad. Fruit side is also always fresh. Order taker today was just plain rude. We all have bad days but if you're going to work in customer service, sometimes you gotta grab a straw and suck it up. Bathroom was clean.

Chicken salad and sides are great but the white bread is too processed/artificial and the white "toast" isn't even toasted on-site. Somehow it appears as if they create a color and texture they actually think will fool people into thinking it's actually toasted per order in the conventional sense. It's like they take the tasteless 3-D printed crap bread and mist one side with water then iron it. It's still soft. Toast isn't soft. This bogus excuse for toast is enough to dock an otherwise 5-star review two stars. Definitely stick with croissant or no bread at all.

While I have only been here once, I loved the food and the ease of online ordering and pickup. The restaurant was clean, my order was well packaged and I was able to get in and out quickly. I had ordered enough to last a few days and the croissants stayed fresh the entire time (I did rewrap them with provided cellophane after each use). I will definitely be coming back.

Welcoming environment, Delicious food ! Highly recommend this restaurant! I had the original chicken salad and egg salad with a side of broccoli salad which were all amazing!

I decided to go inside the place this time. 2nd time in a week! Guess you could say I really enjoyed their classy Carol on the croissant. I decided to dine in this go round. I ordered the same sandwich, but paired it with a tomato bisque soup. Both were so good! The soup was just the right portion. They also allow you to sample their chicken salads. In case you're not sure what to try. Their service is fast and prompt! They have plenty of seating. You can fill up your own drink. I'd definitely recommend this place if you are adamant about chicken salad. It's located in ofallon Illinois. Surrounded by many other restaurants near the area. I went on a Friday evening. It wasn't too busy either. Just depends on timing.

I really enjoy this for a change for lunch. The soups are delicious. I recently tried the broccoli cheese soup and the cheese was stringing from my spoon to my mouth! They have baked potato soup and a chicken poblano. I think it does change with the season. The chicken salad can be ordered as a scoop or a sandwich and there are a ton of different ways you can order it. I've tried several and they are very good. I really enjoy the fancy Nancy which has apples and green grapes. I honestly could come here for just the poppy seed salad dressing! I love, love it! It's like French dressing with poppy seeds. It's so good! I wish they would bottle it and sell it!! The teas are really good. They are brewed, not fountain and they usually have a flavored one. The one today was watermelon. Yum! I even added lemon to my concoction of sweet tea and watermelon tea! It is decorated really cute and the ambiance is better than your average fast food. It's homey feeling. The service in my experience has been informative when ordering, friendly and once seated we have always been served quickly. If you think this is just for ladies, there is always men in there. The cookies is how I get my husband there! There are so good and delicious. Served with every meal. Clean bathrooms. I like this place a lot!

I fully intended to give two or three stars due to missing items from my sandwich, BUT it was all in a container so as to not get the bread soggy. I did ask for an extra pickle and paid $.25 and there was no mustard on the sandwich like it was supposed to have so those are my only complaints lol. I will definitely be back again to try something else. I'm glad I ordered it online because the line was long with one register open. Side of pasta salad as well. Even got a free small cookie too so that was a nice surprise.

Great Chicken Salad only issue is the coughing front employee always has to touch your card after she coughs with NO hand sanitizer to be used by her or me after she hand back my card. HUGE HEALTH CONCERNS. If you don’t care about bad health and your safety then it’s good to go!
Stopped in today to try for the first time and was not disappointed it was awesome and delicious and a must try!!! There are 2 locations one in o'Fallon Illinois and Edwardsville Illinois!!

This is a small gem of a place. The food is always fresh and delicious! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Besides sitting down inside to eat, you can take chicken salad home. There is a cooler when you walk in front by registers. The menu is up to where everyone can read it. It is always clean! The soups are amazing! My favorite is the chicken tortilla. They give you a number after you order, and they bring your food out to you. You can self serve drinks at the fountain machine. They also have sweet and unsweetened tea. The parking is out front of building and it does NOT have a drive through. The store next door has the drive through.

I am not normally a chicken salad person, but I love the variety of chicken salad flavors they have and it's so easy to buy!! The service has always been friendly and amazing there and they let you sample before you buy! I don't eat chicken salad anywhere else! I haven't eaten a sandwich or anything in the store though, I'm more of a chicken salad and delicious crackers kind of snacker ??Kid-friendliness: I haven't personally eaten in the store as I always get move to go, but I would bring my kiddo here!
