Very average. Good eggroll. Ingredients sparse in house special fried rice. Ordered extra spicy. No spice at all. Big issue is lack of ingredients in the fried rice. It’s a box of rice. Rice wasn’t fluffy either. Cashew chicken been off last couple of orders too. Becoming concerned about this place

One thing really important for me is consistency. This place is consistently so good! The sweet and sour chicken is always perfectly crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside. It reheats really well (I have done stovetop, oven, and microwave). The spareribs are so delicious and sauced just right every single time. And my husband loves the fried rices. They give plenty of food to share and to have for leftovers (so important for me!) The drivers they have are always so friendly and sweet! I genuinely love this place. We have gone 1x a month for the last probably 5 months or so, and every time it is great. We found our forever Chinese place! Please keep doing what you're doing! 🫶🏻🤤

waited 40 minutes for some steamed dumplings and crabrangoons, the price was outrageous compared to other places and the service was rude. once we started eating, the dumplings were hard dry and gross, truly upsetting because we’ve eaten here in the past and it was fine but it’s been downhill each time we come back. Used to love this place, won’t be returning after this experience

I get off at 7am and stayed up and waited for them to open only to get old fried out chicken and rice that had no meat in it it also made me sick

I ordered online at 9:09. Only to get to there and waited another 30 mins. Asked about how much longer and the lady responded “a little bit longer” OKAY! Unhelpful! Saw another employee a few minutes later and asked she said 5 mins. In the meantime 2 others that came in after me got their food and another man who must of been the owner or manager, because he came in made it rounds, talked tips with the unhelpful lady, got his food and left… atp I just want a refund and she refuses because I paid with my Apple Pay and must see a card number to verify…. Rudely asks if I can have someone bring it, NO, so I returned said card and she’s EATING at the counter! As someone that has order carry out for over 10 years from here I am very disappointed in the employees rude and careless attitude! Spend your money at China HING and save yourself the trouble!

***This place is a hit or miss and lately it has been a MISS!!!!!!!! When I first started coming here, I would get fried rice (chicken, shrimp or beef). The food experience started declining each time, I would come. Either, the rice was undercooked or overcooked and no tatse/flavor (bland) so I switched and started to get hibachi chicken fried rice. The first few times, the hibachi chicken fried rice was good, then started being dry and/or hard, after the third time, I just stop coming here. Couple months went by I had not been here and I came in yesterday. This time, I decided I'd get something I've never gotten. I ordered the shrimp tempera with vegetables, a chicken st paul sandwich and orange chicken plate with chicken fried rice and a egg roll. Other than the orange chicken, all the food was bland, had no taste and the fried rice was hard. I also didn't understand why, they upcharged $1.75 for the chicken fried rice, when the plate comes with pork fried rice and the chicken and pork fried rice both cost the same. **I also found, out this is the same restaurant, that was by Dollar General at the lower end of Lincoln Trail, that years ago I said, I'd never go to again because I saw a cook drop food he was prepping on the floor, pick the food up from the floor (did not rinse it off or anything), tossed it right back into the pile of food he was prepping as if it never hit the floor and kept cooking!!!! *Picture provided, food looks good but not so!
Never will order again crab legs had no crack like they where microwaved from yesterday gross also grab legs are extremely dirty nobody cleaned them before cooking them with mold spots and I placed a order when they first opened that’s how I know the seafood is not freaking what so ever.

Ordered delivery from here to my hotel. The food arrived on time and hot. But there were no eating utensils. And they knew it was a hotel they were delivering to. Ordered crab Rangoon, and they didn't include the sweet and sour sauce. No one wants crab Rangoon without sweet and sour. General sao was decent. Lo mein not very good. I wouldn't recommend this Chinese place for your Chinese delivery.
Edit: This crab Rangoon is very very good. I'll give 1 more star for that.
