Went here on 9/5/25 at 10:42PM picked up my pizza and got all the way home to realize she didn’t put my PAID for garlic dipping cup in the box. In this economy spending thousands for a Pizza and the employee can’t even read, yeah I will not be back! It wasn’t even busy! 💀
Slowest and worst customer service ever. Too many issues to mention. Don’t count on your pizza EVER being ready when you go pickup. Most of the time, they haven’t even started making the pizza even tho they said it would be ready in “approx 18 minutes”… and I’ve learned to pad the time with an extra 12-15 minutes. Go to any other Domino’s, but stay clear of the O’Fallon location. You’ve been warned.

Kory, the “GM” of Domino’s at the Lebanon/Mascoutah, IL - Hayden Drive location- is horrific! I placed an order online and even gave them a three hour head start to deliver my pizza - no rush as I’m used to that store running low on man power. Kory called me and said it would be an hour and a half - wanted me to cancel order - I told him the wait was fine and I planned for it - he was full bent on me cancelling my order - he then quoted me out four hours later - I inquired as to what happened in the past ten seconds since he quoted me an hour and a half - no response other then he’s just note going to cancel my order - I said I do not want to cancel my order - he proceeded to scream at me, cut me off in conversation, did not apologize - I went to ask him a question and he hung up on me when I said please don’t hang up I have a question - he hung up on me, I lost my free credits I had used on mobile app and had to fight to get him to refund me. Had to go into the store where he literally hid in the back office - he told all his staff to ignore me - I was trying to get my credits and refund. Staff was not friendly - only one gentleman tried to help me and in the middle of out conversation a female said “nope!! You go make pizza, that’s Korys “drama” - so finally after standing at the counter for over an hour Kory came out, grabbed a premade pizza, threw it at me - I offered to pay and said I don’t feel comfortable walking out with the pizza - he basically said just get out of here and take your free pizza! I cannot believe a “GM” of a dominos franchise is allowed to behave like this - no wonder the experience at the Hayden store is always a nightmare - I’ll stick to Pizza Hut and little Caesar’s!!!

By far the slowest dominos I’ve been to but also one of the slowest pizza places in general in the area. It’s direct competitors like Pizza Hut and Papa John’s who put out similar quality pizza complete their orders in over half the time it takes to get an order done here. I’ve actually gone to other nicer sit down pizza places in the area and sat down, had a beer and ate pizza in the time it’s taken this dominos to complete the last couple orders I’ve made.

Ordered online, went to the drive thru 30 minutes after placing my order but was told it would be another 45 minutes. After I returned 45 minutes later, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. I waited in the parking lot and when I returned for the 3rd time they said it would be another 25 minutes! At that point I cancelled my order. Seriously? 2 hours and 15 minute for a Dominoes pizza? I wish I could say this was a one off, but I have waited over an hour before. It's the last time I'm using this location. I know the employees are doing the best they can, but come on Domino's, how about stop taking orders when you can't fulfill them in a reasonable amount of time.
The food is good, that said, I’ve had 3 separate experiences now in which I’ve had to wait over 2 hours for my food. Just me and my partner, so we’re only ordering a pizza and a side at a time, no reason it should take that long. Every time we have tried to call and check on our order, we are put on hold for up to 10 minutes before giving up. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend going here.
Food is never ready in a timely manner. Wait til can be 15 minutes and you can wait over an hour

BEST PIZZA IVE HAD IN AWHILE
Dorian the manager saved the day! There was some slight confusion on the pricing and he absolutely came in squared it away like a great manager did. Just took care of the problem. He went above and beyond and I will forever be a dominoes customer. Sometimes it takes some understanding and patience and he really takes pride in his work. Please management give him a raise and nice Xmas bonus. 5 stars all the way!
