Haven’t been for a while—still finding that food is what is advertised, and the menu has decent variety, but I’ve found that I have only certain menu items I can order because many of the others are extremely salty, especially the tater tots and chicken strips. I love their quesadillas, and their burgers are outstanding. Service has always been good!

Smh....called in a ordered, when I tell you the food is straight garbage I mean that !! The fries are cold and old.. the hamburger is old seems like they reheated when they melted the cheese on it, smh!! . I ask if they sold a salmon b l t sandwich ... hmmm got a BLT salad with salmon on the side... even that seem reheated!! This is the bonus... I set at the bar waiting on the food/trash , ask the waiter for old fashion he said I had to ask the bartender but he would tell her know what I wanted... hmmm .. so the bartender comes behind the bar I am sitting there, a guy walks up sits next to me , she recognize him gave him a menu ask him if he knows what he wants to drink , then turns around and walks off, back to the tables in the restaurant, at the exact same time my waiter is bringing me my food to go...I was like wow !! Shiiiiiiid damn if i am going ro spend anymore money here !! Then when I get home and saw the food , my wow turned into a few other words !!! Never ever again !!!! Drakes get a F minor on this one !!!! Wendy's here i come !!!

We where here the other day and unfortunately got some bad news and needed to leave. The server and manager on that shift took care of us went well beyond our expectations made sure we left with our food and even took the time to sit with us and offer an ear and kind words which in that moment meant more to us than they probably even know. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name he was so kind. We will definitely be going back just on this alone aside from the food was amazing once we did get to eat. Since as I stated we had to leave.

Do not order pick up from here. Seen lots of reviews saying this. Food was cold, forgot a whole meal, and the people behind the pick up counter ignore you.

Sat a table today by myself today. Single male sat at a table diagonal and was headed out. In the ten plus minutes I waited no one greeted me and I never received a water. The two parties that sat at tables nearby were immediately greeted even the couple that took the single male’s table were greeted. The only difference is I was black and they were all white. Wasn’t worth the drive I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Got the BLT sandwich, which was terrible. Asked for it to be on wheat bread and they put it on grilled toast. The bacon was very greasy. The sweet potato waffle fries were cold.

I’ve been here multiple times and have never received quick service. Both times the servers made errors to our order as well. I think the servers struggle with groups over four people. Don’t go here for a quick bite to eat. If you don’t mind waiting the food is good, service is okay.
I ordered the fish and it was swai or something but it wasn’t cod and it was over seasoned for the tarter sauce which was good but it didn’t balance each other

Shiloh, IL. Management needs to figure it out at this restaurant! I sat at the bar for 18 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. If I didn’t absolutely want sushi I would have left. Never even checked on me. Everyone is running around like they have no idea what’s going on and obviously management is failing. Evansville, In. Drakes is superb. Wasn’t expecting this.

Went to Drakes for dinner with the boyfriend, before heading to the airport for him to drop me off. Got the Tempura Tantrum roll (Oct special) and he got the Queso Burger and they did not disappoint.
Only complaint… the QR code on the menu and table to take you to the available taps has not been updated since June 30th so with it being Oct 27th they were wrong so it was a little frustrating.

Santa's Spicy Tuna roll was fantastic! Super fresh fish. Chopped salad was good. Not too much dressing. Bloody Mary had great spice!
