Smoked chicken and grits for the win. Came in never hearing about the place, and left full and happy

Really good BBQ. Brisket was room temp, hot pork sandwich was a little dry, and the sauce is great.

Food was not great, and waitress that delivered food to the table, almost threw it at the table. She was extremely rude!

Really good BBQ. A little pricey is my only complaint. My second experience at this location. Very friendly staff, but mostly counter service. Soda fountain full of Excel sodas, which is always delicious.

I've been here twice already on travel for work. 1st they ran out of all meats so the only things left were fried foods. I got the fried catfish and it was the best I've ever had. Definitely try it! Try the bbq sauce on the catfish!
2nd time around I got the Sausage and Brisket platter. The griddled cornbread is something else. Grits casserole is a must.
On Saturdays they have live music.
They definitely need some shade on the windows when the sun is creeping down. It can be blinding.

It's your entirely average BBQ place. Nothing special, nothing wrong with it.

The brisket, Mac and green beans are all so good! Legit southern-style BBQ right here in O'Fallon. Reasonably priced, this has become our go-to!

First let me start by saying I grew up in central Texas so I’m very familiar with BBQ. This place, Edleys, has some of the worst and simultaneously most expensive BBQ I’ve had in the area. The Brisket looked to have been baked or boiled with absolutely no smoke ring or moisture whatsoever! The sausage was decent tasting but dry as hell. I had to give it to my dog and even he was disappointed. Maybe brisket and sausage isn’t there thing but the beans were trash too. The only things that were “good” were the Mac and cheese and corn bread that I didn’t know was going to be included. I’ve the best BBQ in the world and I’ve had the worst and everything in between. This was closer to the worst plus it was expensive as hell. Opt for Sugarfire or Beast BBQ which is a little bit better.
