Concretes were over-blended and soupy with little flavor. They should serve them with straws instead of spoons.
We ate here for the 1st time this past weekend and it did not disappoint!! Awesome ice cream!!
Best place ever! Leah and Alyssa were the best!
One of our fav stops
Won't return as the quality has declined severely.
Sat in the drive through for 10+ minutes with no one coming to the window. Left and went to another local ice cream place.
So so frozen!
not at all what it used to be. when i was younger i always got the grass hopper and it was always a vibrant green color, its supposed to be mint custard. instead i got vanilla custard with almost no oreos and no cone dip at all. also very pricey. used to love it but idk anymore.
We ordered our 2 large concretes and 1 small. Were shocked at the $28.50 bill plus tip. Waited for the first runny concrete 10 minutes and 5 minutes later the second runny one came and five minutes later the last runny one. Not blended well and one had no flavor. You never know if they are open or closed. Frequented often before and has been a while. Will not return and i can see them closing up after the service, price the custard they provided. Very disappointing considering what they use to be.
Great assortment of flavors, and lots of good combinations on the menu. I had the Butter Beer and it was the best frozen custard I've had in a long time.

Prices were high, wait was long, ice cream was okay.
Have an awful taste in my mouth as I ordered a small specialty shake with an added cookie dough. Paid about $8 for it. No cookie dough present. Returned to tell them, they take my already ate out of shake to ‘add some’. After awhile I see him take a cup w shake in it to the
mixer, give it a mix and hand it to me with a lid. I said ‘is this a new one?’ He responded ‘no, I just put a new lid on your old one’. I then said so you used my ate out of shake in the mixer ? He said ‘ya it’s fine we’ll just clean it off’ (the spindle that is). behind him another young man has another customers shake in a cup actively being mixed w the same exact attachment. Witnessed the whole thing happen. I wanted to vomit. They clearly had no intentions of washing it.
Made it hard to enjoy my $10 (w tip) shake. Will not return
Just went tonight and am disappointed. My wife and I ordered simple items (hot fudge sundae and a cake batter shake) but we had a 25 minute wait AFTER we ordered in the drive through. After 10 minutes I counted NINE items go out the walk up. After 15 minutes I got my sundae which had maybe 1 pump of chocolate. 10 minutes later we gat a shake. the sundae was half melted at this point but the shake was wrong. We got a vanilla shake instead of a cake batter.
Had been anxiously awaiting for them to reopen, as they have always been a favorite. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. Ordered a regular concrete and it had the consistency of a watered down milkshake. Service was slow and not very welcoming. Will take my business to Sonic or Culver’s in the future. 😕

Good ice cream. But $17 for a small and a medium is crazy. I get you have to keep the lights on and highschool and college kids employed but dang.

Excited to see this place open and have been looking forward to trying it. Ordered two small concretes, the Cookie Monster and the All American. Probably the worst tasting concretes we have ever had, and why did it cost over $17 for two small concretes??!?!!
