O’Fallon staple. I’ve been out of the country the last 6+ years and came back last fall. I was over the moon to walk my dog to Gator’s and share this experience, so when I saw a sign of them for sale, I was distraught!! So grateful that they’ve made their place and are hopefully here to stay! Can’t wait to drop in later!
They have an incredible variety. There are so many options if you're only looking at the concrete menu. Never had anything there that I didn't love. The only issue (not complaint) I have is ; the service can be erratic when they are busy. People were complaining during my last visit. One lady received part of her order, then three other people received their orders. She went to the window and asked where the rest of her order was. The first part of her order had melted....
We love coming for the Mud Pie concretes. They're great!! But unfortunately tonight's service was not what we're used to. When mistakes happen employees need to be able to make smart decisions to save the sale, and certainly not be rude. Our family of 6 was disappointed this evening.
