I come to this Hardee’s often and usually always have zero complaints. However, today when I ask for a couple of mayonnaise packets to go with my sandwich, I was told they were all out! How can a fast food restaurant be out of mayonnaise packets?

We were in line at drive thru for over 25 minutes. 15 of that was at the window. Employee was rude, had to ask several times what our order was after we’d paid.

Employees are very rude tonight. They don't give you the time to finish what you are saying about your order before asking are you finish. When you still have more. It is this way I come here in the evening and this girl is working. When I got my food all the fries weren't full and the medium fries had the same amount as the small fries. When I go thru on Monday - Thursday mornings and get wonderful service Miranda make sure she gets my stuff right and gives me time to place my order.

Wow, my expectations weren't high but this is insane. The workers have no idea what is on their menu so don't ask them questions and they are the slowest "fast" food workers. In the drive through for over 25 minutes is crazy.

I usually go there every Saturday morning and order biscuits and gravy and sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches for my family for some reason two weeks in a row they decide not to put sausage in the gravy because they just didn’t have time was their excuse so they corrected that on the second week on the third week in a row I order three biscuits and gravy two sausage, egg and cheese croissant meals have to drive back up to The restaurant and pick up my two sandwiches and one biscuit and gravy because they can’t count when they put it in the bag and all the manager can say I’m sorry I mean, they wonder why they are getting a bad review Two sandwiches let’s count like the count it on Sesame Street one two and then three biscuits and gravy Let’s count one two three hahaha three biscuits and gravy.

I was greeted well at the drive through. I ordered the number 9 with extra mayonnaise and I added pickles. I couldn't eat the sandwich, because when I unwrapped it, it was totally Smothered and covered with mayonnaise! The bacon was beyond salty. The fries were nice and hot and I enjoyed the fresh lemonade.
This location is absolute garbage. I swear they employ someone just to stomp on the sandwiches once they're packaged. The building itself is run down, the service is slow, they leave items out of your order, and the food quality is mediocre at best.
Lala is the NICEST FRIENDLIEST sweetest lady. She makes my day every time I order from Hardee’s. There aren’t many nice people around but Lala makes up for that. She deserves huge recognition for the way she treats customers!
