We stopped at Hi Point on our travels and we really enjoyed our experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! But the highlight for us was that two people in our family have celiac disease and they were able to eat a burger and fries safely which was very exciting!! Thanks Hi Point!!!

Tried this place for the first time today. I was TOTALLY disappointed. The burger and fries were so salty it wasn’t edible. Basically I paid $15.00 for a cup of spoiled /soured iced tea. I would give zero stars if I could. My friend didn’t like it either. Neither one of us will ever be returning to this place.

Me and my fiancée went last night around 8:15 after a long day, got food to-go, ordered a cowboy burger and a double burger with only veggies and asked for no cheese, drove home to be able to enjoy our food(we have a 40 minute drive home) Fiancée goes to eat his and take a bite only after do we realize it has mayonnaise on it, it wasn’t asked for and it’s never been put on before when we’ve gone, he has an EGG ALLERGY!! He almost died. I guess moral of the story check your food beforehand but we were exhausted already and that made our night hell.

Everytime me and my family come here we are greeted with excellent service and amazing food. I love the staff, it’s so hard these days to find staff like this restaurant has, and they have it. One of the only fast food places I feel comfortable sitting inside and eating at.

Waited 30 minutes for my order which wasn’t a big deal. But I was pretty frustrated the 10 people who came & ate inside after me were served their food before me. Ordered 2 Arch D-lux burgers. One sub grilled onions & extra bacon. Didn’t receive ANY bacon. Another I asked for extra bacon & she missed adding it on but I still received no bacon at all. I had to ask her for my fries because they missed those in the bag too. I wish I would have checked my burgers before I left but I wouldn’t think there would be such big mess ups on an order that took 30 minutes. I live all the way on the west end of Belleville so driving almost 20 minutes back to Ofallon just wasn’t happening.
I also tried to call the store several times but it appears the phones are off the hook. I’m a GM in the industry, so I try to be understanding & not complain too much. I will wait long wait times & not complain but it’s a must when I receive my food it is fresh & made correctly.
$12 burgers & $3 up charge for extra bacon is insane when not made correctly. There were only 2 cooks on the line & I never noticed anyone who was a noticeable manager. This location seemed very under staff today & while I am understanding you can not put your hardships on your customers. This was my first time coming in & very disappointed to say the least.
