today was not my first day coming to hot box, but today made me and my staff not want to come back again the lady in back was very rude and not polite at all I myself could hear her banging loudly and screaming using very filthy language on the phone I don’t think she should be working at a friendly place as hotbox

First time trying Hot Box cookies. Within just a few minutes of ordering we had hot cookies in our greedy little hands. 😂 we just barely made it out of the parking lot before we dug in. Delicious goodies and the designated store hype man Tyrece in OFallon tipped this experience right over the edge. 10/10 experience…no notes. Go see Tyrece, get a box or two and thank me later.
