EDIT: Additional star given; The following day Hotbox did deliver an additional box of cookies to my address to make up for my issues. Still wary of their delivery but I appreciated the effort to make it right! Cookies were delicious as always
The cookies are consistently enjoyable, but the shop is a poor excuse for "warm cookie delivery" as they advertise. I ordered cookies at 5:30 PM with an expected delivery time of a little over an hour. During that hour, I received text updates saying my cookies would be delivered by 7:20 PM.
When that time came and went, I tried calling the shop but got no answer. So, I went to the shop, and they told me my order hadn't even been packaged yet—this was already 15 minutes past the latest delivery time. The staff made no effort to make up for this or refund the $6 delivery fee I paid.
The cookies are good, but do not expect delivery orders to arrive on time, if at all.
Man oh man!!! First time here and I am now a loyal customer! Them peanut butter cookies and those cookies and cream are on the top of my list.

I had the pleasure of visiting Hotbox, yesterday evening, it was my second visit. The cookies are made just right, not too sweet and I enjoy the vegan option. It still provides me a chocolate chip cookie without too much guilt. The young man behind the counter was a newer staff member but still greeted myself and my friend, took our order, answered questions and provided recommendations.
