I wish I could give ten out of five stars! I've always loved Hotbox cookies but it's been so nice having a location on the Illinois side of the river. The cookies were fresh and warm and they were so considerate of my partners peanut allergy.

We visited the O'Fallon location this afternoon and while I haven't even tried the cookies yet I want to talk about the amazing staff that was so helpful today. First we needed to check on the ingredients in the vegan cookies to be sure they were also free of nuts the staff were very helpful with that even putting the vegan ones in separate boxes which doesn't always happen at some places. They were transparent about the wait time to bake the vegan cookies and then gave me an update while I waited. We had a very positive experience at this place which sometimes doesn't always happen with multiple food allergies. Update as I'm writing this my child loved the vegan cookies too.

I had the pleasure of visiting Hotbox, yesterday evening, it was my second visit. The cookies are made just right, not too sweet and I enjoy the vegan option. It still provides me a chocolate chip cookie without too much guilt. The young man behind the counter was a newer staff member but still greeted myself and my friend, took our order, answered questions and provided recommendations.

Coupon didn't work on 02/16 at 5 o'clock hour. Had to come out in the bad weather which is ok but what's the point of the free delivery cards or free cookie card if they don't work online. All I was told by the assistant Manger was the she can tell the tech dept.

Very friendly staff upon welcome. They ask you for a name on the order. They do individual cookies. They have cookie sandwich and ice cream shakes. It's very small inside as for as seating goes. My cookies was good. Step daughter loved her shake! The prices range from $2-$41 depends what you're ordering or need. They share a lot with hi-pointe restaurant in ofallon Illinois.
