Restroom was very dirty. We waited over 40 minutes for our food when we finally did receive our food or burger bun was so hard we could not bite into it. Our pancakes and eggs were cold. Overall an awful experience. I do have to say our server was very polite and didn’t give us any issues taking the food off of the bill.

First impression- the place looks run down and dirty when you pull up. We were seated promptly and our waitress was prompt. Drinks came quickly. I ordered a Belgian waffle with a side of sausage and my husband ordered the machata meal. It took way too long to get our food- the waitress did say they were having problems with the waffle maker. The food was ok. Just meh.

Walked in and our feet stuck to the floor. Used the bathroom before we ordered…. I’ve never seen such a dirty bathroom. Not sure the last time this restaurant was cleaned. We left

Attention! No one from this company has ever bothered with contacting us I’ve emailed and called guest relations no one cares!! This is by far the worst restaurant out there stay away go to Dennys! They care about their customers!!
Not only was my impossible burger brought in with bacon when I said several times no meat but the server dripped hot cocoa all over my grandchild and to top it off he had to sit watching us eat because oh, the server never entered his food into the system! Spoke to management who listened but we still paid full bill less the drinks ! I’m awaiting corporates response now. We will skip ihop over and go to first watch as they are safer and organized! Attention! No one from this company has ever bothered with contacting us I’ve emailed and called guest relations no one cares!! This is by far the worst restaurant out there stay away go to Dennys! They care about their customers!!

Careless server burned our grandchild by spilling hot cocoa on him and not once out of the fifteen emails we sent or 11 calls has anyone bothered to address this! Stay away from this restaurant take your business to Dennys they care about the safety and well being of their guests! This company is a joke! Guest relations is a joke, they just take your info and not one person contacts you, they reply on your review to look like they give a cray when they truly don’t! Stay away!! Don’t say I didn’t warn ya!!

The bathrooms are disgusting and smelled of urine. I ordered a sirloin tip and eggs meal and it tasted fine. No complaints there. As I took my last bite there was a very long hair in my food. The manager and the staff did not offer any solutions to make up for the disgusting fact that I just ate a whole meal with a persons hair in it. I will never come back to this place. Hope if you do go here that you have a better experience than I. Then I paid the waitress and I had to ask for my change back she just assumed it was hers.

It was a great experience! IHOP on Hgwy 50 Ofallon Illinois was the best! The food was a treat. Everything came hot and ready! Our server was so sweet to the grandkids! We had a grand meal and a grand time. It was so clean and plenty of big windows that made it bright. Even the windows were super clean! Loved it! Planning to come back! We were stuffed full and happy when we left!

After my family of 8 sat down we had our drinks ordered and while we were ordering the waitress said by the way we don’t do the kids eat free discount at this location. After we got the receipt we asked if they did any senior or military discounts. The waitress also said we don’t do any kinds of discounts at this location.
I usually don’t complain about meals or places, but I honestly hated my time here. The staff seemed like they had an attitude, they were very inattentive, and the food took a really long time to be prepared. (I am almost 100% certain that the waitress was high as the moon, by the way.)
Even when I got my meal, it was incredibly unsatisfactory/small, especially compared to what the others in my group got. Not to mention how the manager doesn’t seem to treat the staff well either. I will not be coming back.

Order through DoorDash because IHOP does not have the option on the DoorDash site to ask for extras or to add onions to anything and on top of it. They’re not answering their phone. They sent it to voicemail. I filed a report with corporate about this matter.
