Ordered carryout. Waited for our food next to the kitchen. Husband watched as waitress counted out money, then took her hands crumbled up bacon and sprinkled it on food and served the food to a table. And then he watched ANOTHER waitress walk into the kitcuen and do the exact same thing. Didn't bother to wash their hands at all! They dont care about getting people sick. Not to mention the fact that when we paid for food the waitress clicked on the 20% tip and THEN handed us the keypad to pay (which is presumptious) but it was only 5ish dollars so not nearly as big of a deal as washing hands before touching food. Won't be visiting again

sewage was backing up today, so the remedy was to open the doors in hopes of the smell exiting. We were freezing and asked to have door closed. Got back an attitude. Coffee tasted like it had been the third time filtered - very weak and left a horrible taste.

We went in around 530pm on a Tuesday. Was no wait for a table great friendly service and the food was very good!!! I had the fish and shrimp, husband has steak tips, and my son went with waffle breakfast, everything was very good except for the sweet tea. Go, enjoy!!!

This IHOP is top notch! The manager does an awesome job, keeping everything in order and running right. The servers are all very nice. The cooks do a fantastic job, no matter what dish they cook. I come to this place weekly since many months and what I wrote above is my consistent observation.
No one sat us for 10 minutes and it was empty server couldn’t understand English well at all but good food

We frequent this IHOP on many Sundays, with great service & food. Last week was absolutely horrible! We waited 25 minutes for a table, which would be fine if the host was actually helping to turn tables over , but tables sat empty. Once we did get seated, the server took our order immediately, but 35 minutes later, no food or drinks. I got up to alert her we were leaving. She immediately said wait & comes out with our food, which was COLD. It had been sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes. She fluttered around the restaurant, looking busy but actually not doing anything. The restaurant only had a few tables filled at this point so no reason for the awful service.

Restroom was very dirty. We waited over 40 minutes for our food when we finally did receive our food or burger bun was so hard we could not bite into it. Our pancakes and eggs were cold. Overall an awful experience. I do have to say our server was very polite and didn’t give us any issues taking the food off of the bill.

First impression- the place looks run down and dirty when you pull up. We were seated promptly and our waitress was prompt. Drinks came quickly. I ordered a Belgian waffle with a side of sausage and my husband ordered the machata meal. It took way too long to get our food- the waitress did say they were having problems with the waffle maker. The food was ok. Just meh.

Walked in and our feet stuck to the floor. Used the bathroom before we ordered…. I’ve never seen such a dirty bathroom. Not sure the last time this restaurant was cleaned. We left
