It was a great experience! IHOP on Hgwy 50 Ofallon Illinois was the best! The food was a treat. Everything came hot and ready! Our server was so sweet to the grandkids! We had a grand meal and a grand time. It was so clean and plenty of big windows that made it bright. Even the windows were super clean! Loved it! Planning to come back! We were stuffed full and happy when we left!

After my family of 8 sat down we had our drinks ordered and while we were ordering the waitress said by the way we don’t do the kids eat free discount at this location. After we got the receipt we asked if they did any senior or military discounts. The waitress also said we don’t do any kinds of discounts at this location.

I usually don’t complain about meals or places, but I honestly hated my time here. The staff seemed like they had an attitude, they were very inattentive, and the food took a really long time to be prepared. (I am almost 100% certain that the waitress was high as the moon, by the way.)
Even when I got my meal, it was incredibly unsatisfactory/small, especially compared to what the others in my group got. Not to mention how the manager doesn’t seem to treat the staff well either. I will not be coming back.

Order through DoorDash because IHOP does not have the option on the DoorDash site to ask for extras or to add onions to anything and on top of it. They’re not answering their phone. They sent it to voicemail. I filed a report with corporate about this matter.

We went in in between 7 am and 8 am. There was only 1 waitress and 1 cook. The place was busy. The poor waitress was working her legs off. And the food was terrible. The store was dirty, and im pretty sure they just opened.

Literally sitting here right now. Came in and had to wait like 5 minutes to be seated because the hostess was outside dicking off. After being seat the server proceeded to pour coffee all over the seat I was sitting in and didn't even bother to wipe it up or offer me a napkin. I ordered a DP to drink but they had forgotten to switch over the syrup so I wasn't able to get one. I asked the server where drinks were on the menu, instead of telling me where to look she started rattling of the basic drink menu and I literally just ordered what ever because she refused to answer my question. Ordered my food and waited. During this time I watched another server request the people at her table bus the table for her. Service is terrible. I actually used to work for IHOP way back in the day but God damn the service here is awful

Wish I could tell you about the food. After a 15 minute wait and still no one to take our drink or food order we left. Also , the ceiling drips all over the tables. The floor was wet as well. I would be very careful going here . If the restaurant side looks like this.. I hope the kitchen doesn’t.
Stopped in here to grab some breakfast the food took a fair amount of time to make but once it came out it sure was worth it! Definitely recommend this joint if you have some time on your hands and want some high quality breakfast food 👏😁
