We were making an order on the drive thru, and we said the combos we wanted. After that you wait for the clerk to ask for drinks or the size of the combo, this lady just didn’t say a word, we thought she was just busy or whatever, after a couple of minutes we say hi and she answers with a temper like it’s our fault, do your job right, you have to make the customer feel okay and make their orders right, how is she supposed to make my meal if she doesn’t even speak, so if I decide to stay one hour waiting, are you gonna wait too? Do your job or just quit, we didn’t eat there today, we went to steak and shake. Whoever it was, we came at 6:00 pm, Monday September 8

The one who attended us at this exact time was super rude, she didn't even ask why we wanted to order and she just went silent. I said hello to know if she had heard me and proceeded to answer super rude because of what we were saying and it had already been waiting several minutes for an answer that I didn't even speak ordered the food

I have been to this location three different times and each time it has been awful. The food takes 15+ minutes each time. No matter what you order they pull you around to wait. Currently their is 3 cars waiting for food. Even though it takes 15+ minutes to get its usually warm/cold at best. They have forgot food 2 out of the 3 times. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Avoid if at all possible.

I am changing my review down to one star. I do not know what could have possibly happened in one month's time the service was absolutely Dreadful. We went inside for our meal to avoid any mishaps with the order. After we ordered on the touch screen the counter workers still managed to get the order wrong and then it took 20 plus minutes to get it corrected

Jack is hit or miss. Because everyone at the table all said similar things, I feel this is an accurate description of this location. It comes down to the food is all microwaved and not fresh. Therefore, mushy sourdough toast or a sandwich that tasted pre made and not heated all the way through etc. Also, when I nicely asked for tomatoes for the chicken sandwich, no kidding, she turned her head and ROLLED her eyes. An epidemic with young fast food girls in this area. Maybe I should start being rude or self entitled when I ask or (“demand”) so they stop and act like someone getting paid to do nothing more than hand people their food. Last time we were here and had exceptional service. The guy came out to our table and told us how he moved here and started there etc. very friendly and the food was fresh and it made for a really nice experience. Maybe you could re hire him and get rid of the dead weight…?
