Fries are cold, burger was good. They forgot to give my wife her debit card back, handed her the food and said have a great day. She then had to tell them she needed her card. Not a very professional environment, drive thru has trash everywhere.

45 minutes for curbside. Drinks weren't even ready and food was cold. Yes it was late but if you are going to be open late on weekends get more help.

They told me to wait in the drive thru to order, and I waited 20minutes nothing. So I went inside the employees were arguing and literally complaining at another , drive thru lady finally came to counter slammed her headsets down and was like "can I help wat u want", and screwed up orders in lobby rolled eyes at customer, made them produce receipt 2x , calling them liars and were rude whole time . My food was cold, and new people coming in never washed hands went straight to food . We got old bin sitting frys, and my burger was tough. I choked on it. Attitudes are in need of seriously heavy training . Them getting mad, there are orders to do , and take was way outa line. Someone needs cleaning up a store seriously. How are they even still open? It is a surprise 😲
Line wrapped around the building and not moving. 0/10. Would of been an hour for some tacos at the pace it was moving.

Pulled up in the drive thru at 12.30am with one car in front of us and 2 cars in the parking lot pulled up together eating and the lady at the window said there screen was to full with Uber eats and online mobile orders to take any. We said excuse me and she said my screen is full so we are t taking any more orders. Believable except pulling forward not ONE person behind the line, let alone working and neither was she. INSANE. hopefully the owner sees this…

Stopped while traveling. Didn't like standing at the counter while they walked around and just glanced in my direction. Then, the apparent manager steps up and just says "yeah...?" Mini tacos are disgusting. Looks like a piece of pre-chewed goop in an overcooked cracker. Place was not busy at all and looked like it hadn't had a broom or mop on the floor in quite a while. This is NOT the Jack I've known for decades.

I ordered a number 1, once I got down the road and began to open my bag I received the sandwich on plain bread... not toasted and cold. Would not recommend the food if they cant even toast the bread what makes me think the food hasn't been sitting out or even cooked to the correct temperature... sad and disappointing. This place used to be my favorite and it has gone downhill quickly.
Drum Roll Please! Jack in the Box, has scored high with the American people, and this due to those Famous Tacos. Good and Affordable, and a whole family can be fed on your budget. And next is their famous Egg Rolls! Yum! Yum! Not to mention, open 24hrs in most states.. We love us some Jack in the box, hungry at midnight and want breakfast food, go get it fast food place..B+

I was just here with my family we were all really hungry. We had a mobile order placed. The mobile thing said it was ready at 11:23 we waited till 11:41 and nothing was said no workers came out until 11:45 and when the worker came out they said that are order wasn't ready yet my dad got mad and said he wanted a refund and his food so the worker went inside we waited till 11:54 then we drove up to the sign thing and asked for a refund because we were done waiting the worker said we would have to wait till morning so my dad got mad and drove off saying something a bit rude then the worker decided to cuss us out and said hope we have a horrible night and some other very rude things the worker was a male in wouldn't recommend going here
