They always have one worker here. The wait is over 30 minutes just to get your food and we ordered ahead.

Got my order correct however it took about 15 minutes. It was a small uncomplicated order. They had 4 separate cars waiting near the front door. Didn't seem to be in any hurry to fulfil orders.

It's hit or miss when you order things without something, or fresh tacos, ordered some with no lettuce then got home none had lettuce or sauce. Sometimes they're fresh and crispy and just right

The only restaurant I’ve been to where the ordering screen goes out in the drive thru and they tell you it’s going to be a 20 minute wait, instead of having you drive to the window to take your order.

The inside of the restaurant is filthy, windows , floor everything dirty

Also the kitchen area looks filthy , no one wears hair nets, workers lowkey look like they didn’t shower before coming in

Whoever does the hiring needs to be fired , it’s like they hired the worst people in the area

The Tacos are always stale, fries hard and egg rolls burnt, the worse Jack in the box I’ve ever been too. I’d rather drive all the way to stl for Jack than go here

Sat there for a half hour after ordering and didn't get our food. Wanted to complain but workers were slow and careless. Barely any customers either. Ridiculous and ended up leaving before our food came out. Waste of time and money.

Food had hair in it, food tasted horrible, lastly they dont give you all your stuff and over charges you when you ask if your suppose to get something they tell you they are out of it or it dont come with it. then you leave the building and you call them ask if they have it and if it comes with the meal and they tell you yes please answer why the employees lie!!!!

We visited this location at around 1 am. We wound up waiting in the drive through for about an hour before we finally got our food. It wasn't busy, there were only 2 cars in front of us. To be totally honest, we would have just drove off had we not already ordered and paid in the app.
The food was like warm and we were given the wrong burger. Forget going to have them fix it. No way we were waiting any more time there. We were also told they were out of everything but root beer and fruit punch fanta so that was also disappointing. We typically love Jack in the box. We don't have one near where we live so we usually find one when we leave St. Louis.

Been here twice first time food was good just extremely slow and 2nd time today 10/19 came first at 1 am sat waiting to order for 20 mins til I drive away (3 cars behind me and 3 in front) as we pulled away and looked inside the cook was standing in the kitchen on his phone, we returned at 2:30 am when we pulled in all three workers were in one car smoking. Got to the intercom she stated just be a second I asked specifically how long because we had just waiting prior 20 mins she said 5 mins. 5 mins exact we order and pull forward then proceeded to wait another 5 mins for our food and order was completely wrong. Wrong sandwich and fries instead of mini tacos. This place needs to just be shut down.

My first time going to Jack in the box and the employees were lazy, untrained, got my order wrong with a different sandwich and no fries or drink. Incredible how they got literally everything wrong. Took forever too.
