Jack is hit or miss. Because everyone at the table all said similar things, I feel this is an accurate description of this location. It comes down to the food is all microwaved and not fresh. Therefore, mushy sourdough toast or a sandwich that tasted pre made and not heated all the way through etc. Also, when I nicely asked for tomatoes for the chicken sandwich, no kidding, she turned her head and ROLLED her eyes. An epidemic with young fast food girls in this area. Maybe I should...

Visited on May 27, 2025. Staff was extremely professional. They went above and beyond and were fixing the drive through menu themselves using hand tools. Kudos for going above and beyond!
